After the unprecedented Texas winter storm in February 2021, I contacted this company to do mold remediation in a small area of my house. I talked with Ryan and he told me upfront that the company was very busy during that time and the waiting list would be 1.5 months long. Therefore, I could either wait for the company or find another company which could do the job sooner. However, if I have any questions or need referrals, Ryan would gladly help me on that. He did give me referrals on plumber and handyman. In addition, he listened to my concerns and answered technical questions with regard to mold remediation process. He did all these things out of kindness because he was fully aware that I might hire another company which could do the job sooner than his company. Therefore, I’m glad to have Puroclean Restoration Specialists within our community, a company full of ethical, knowledgeable and customer-oriented employees. The Maid PlaceI used The Maid Place for the first time today. And I am suuuuper impressed!!! Gricelda did such an AMAZING job. Not only did she do a fantastic job of cleaning, she even took the time to organize the clutter I had on my counters in the kitchen and bathroom. It was like walking into a brand new apartment! I am beyond thrilled with the results. She did not miss one thing! I think she may have even cleaned my cat! Haha. If you're looking for a cleaning service, I 100% recommend The Maid Place. With nearly 40 years of experience, Michael KNOWS how to get the stains out! My travertine had not had a “real” cleaning in 10 years, but by the time he was through, it looked brand new! And I can’t say enough about Rosetta. She worked on our shower for nearly 8 hours to get it the kind of clean you want. The dirty corners, the bottom of the shower door, the actual shower door, were pristine when she was through! And the carpet, omg! We have 20 year old white carpet that had been cleaned multiple times. The big carpet cleaning companies could not get the stains out even when they were fresh, Michael came in and remarkably my carpet looks amazing! Pet stains, make up stains, dirt stains - all gone! Recent Review:
The deep cleaning started well with three people arriving. They all worked on the same room at the same time, which I found to be unusual. However they had to leave before some things were finished due to one of the cleaners needing to pick up her child. The following visits were by Baisa and her nephew. He was meticulous but I was less impressed with her cleaning which seemed careless. Also several things were broken or left undone, and on two occasions they once again had to leave early. I will not use them again and have found a new housekeeper that works well.
