On the day of service Todd was on time and professional. We unexpectedly had a family emergency minutes before he arrived. He patiently waited until it was resolved to begin working on our electrical issues. He thoroughly checked out each issue and resolved them. He was even considerate to give me a ride to the hospital to meet my family after completing the electrical repairs as our second car was in the shop at the time. If you have electrical needs Malco electrical will take good care of you."

Now today ... during our ice/snow armageddon it went out again. I called and Chris FaceTimed with me .. looked at what was up and talked me through how to relight the system myself. Good news .. I now have heat! I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating and cooling system! They not only helped, but assured me .. a 60 yr old woman .. everything would be OK and safe. That is a VERY rare quality!"

Our customers are comfortable with us and never worry about their safety, thievery, or just creepy feelings. We have over 30 years of experience and enjoy the design/decorating aspects of the job as well. Our business is based upon referrals, and we always have repeat business with our clients. We will be glad to provide both current and past referrals.

Contacted him in January said he was starting the drawings, never heard from him again. I figured if they wanted my work they'd contact me. I guess my job was just too small."
