SAM'S FLOOR DESIGNS

My experience with Sam’s Floor Designs was excellent. Sam Alvarez, the owner, has a very nice showroom and warehouse and we were able to see the products we wanted installed in our house with the exception of the plumbing items which we purchased separately from Lowe’s. The work done for us by Sam’s Floor Designs consisted of new floor coverings in the hall, kitchen, dining room, and one bathroom, new kitchen cabinets, new counter tops, new kitchen & bathroom sinks. We were furnished with a certificate of liability insurance. Everything was done professionally and within the agreed upon time frame. All subcontractors used in remodeling our interior were very experienced and very polite. Each subcontractor cleaned up nicely after they had finished their work. My wife and I are well pleased with the work done and would certainly use Sam’s Floor Designs again for any of the services they offer. Sam Alvarez himself is a very honorable person and is committed to excellence.

They did a real good job. The owner is real personal and runs the business very well.

They are reasonably priced. They are local. There is never any problem with the estimate. They schedule it right away. They get over and they measure and do whatever they need to do. Sam does the estimating and all that himself. His people that do the installation work are top notch and seem to be professional. I think Sam's is very professional. You can't go wrong using them. I have used them in the past for some flooring jobs and I am real happy. They are not the cheapest, but they are pretty competitive and very fair considering the service they provide.

They were prompt. They executed the installation very well. They did a marvelous job. It was real quality work. I will use them in the future for any of my flooring needs.
