Prompt and responsive to all requests. Tried very hard to accommodate all needs. Agree with previous review that the contractor should be on the job site more frequently to make sure his subcontractors are doing the work which was agreed upon in the contract.
Was my first experience with contractors/remodeling and overall am pleased with my home. Looks very nice.
Managing multiple subcontractors is a challenging job, but in the end the job was done to my satisfaction.

Service was excellent.  Would not hesitate to recommend to any friend, associate or aquaintance!

All in all, I would hire Victor again. No construction job is going to be perfectly managed or executed, but Victor did a good job and I feel the quality of the work matched what the money I paid to have it done.

They were very close to the lowest bid. When I gave them information about the lowest bid, they matched it. I worked with them before, so I knew that they were very good. One thing I liked is that a lot of the people were giving estimates and not even listening to the things that we were saying, they were just making decisions. While this company was asking questions. I mentioned keeping the price down, so he gave me options for how to keep the price down. He also worked with the neighborhood architectural committee to get the plans approved.
