"I am so grateful for Terry and T5T Contracting. From the moment I met Terry, I knew he was the real deal—down-to-earth, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. His family has been in the business for years, and it’s clear he understands what homeowners need during a renovation. Terry is prompt and timely in his communications, and he showed incredible patience and kindness throughout the process. Living in a home during a renovation is not for the faint of heart, and inevitably, challenges come up. What stood out to me is how Terry always addressed concerns quickly and thoroughly, correcting any issues with professionalism and care. The subcontractors that T5T works with are also excellent. Every single person who came into my home arrived on time, was fully prepared, respectful of my home, and delivered truly outstanding work. That level of consistency gave me so much peace of mind during what could have been a stressful process."

"It was fantastic. There was a short in the wall that controls ceiling fan. Garrett fixed that and built and installed another outdoor fan. They only charged me a fraction of an hour to fix wiring and $75 to build and install the other fan. That is a really fair price. They are not greedy, very polite and professional. Am so happy to have such a great company work in my home. Would never call any one else!!!! Keep up the great work Enoch! *This review was migrated from an affiliated account on Angi with an original submission date of 4/19/2018"

"Their lowest price included credits from other sources.not simply the price they charge for the system. That price was WAY above the normal price paid in this area for that system."

"The technician (Christopher) came to home, and he helped me to replace a fuse (that I made the mistake to break), he did review the units and helped to install my NEST thermostat. He did a great job, so I really really recommend 02 Kool Refrigeration & A/C. Besides, Christopher is great explaining. Thank you Christopher for all your help"

Qualified, licensed electricians will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
