Sharing just your side of the story makes you seem less credible. [removed members name], You are correct the email was not intended for you, it was intended for [removed members name]. Your account is one that is not profitable ( pretty much break even) but it's close to others so we have kept it in the route. It was nothing personal directed at you at all, more so to the account. We have been job costing all accounts since the year is almost over and evaluating each one. We will be weeding out accounts that do not fit into our business plan. I apologize the email was sent to you and you felt I directed it personally at you, those were not my intentions of course. I will get a final invoice from Karen and bill the card on file and get you a receipt and we will shred your card info. One again I apologize for the communication mis hap. "[Member name removed], It seems that you have a problem with some of the work that has been completed at your home. I have finished everything that you have paid for except for the lock on the gate, which could not be completed at the time with everything else due to code issues around your new pool. I also agreed to install some customer supplied landscape lighting at no cost to you if you picked up the material, pretty generous of me for your troubles. This past weekend we installed 10k worth of windows in your home, which I went with you and did a consult and even went with you to order them. I did not charge you a penny to measure which most companies do nor did I charge you for the 4 hours of my time while we were ordering windows from your supplier. There was some miscommunication in exactly what was covered in your window install. For instance your house is settling to the point that once the windows were installed nice and level and plumb, some of the trim looked crooked.There is no way for us to know exactly what your hose is doing as the previous windows settled with the house. All of the extra work we did to fix those problems we did at no cost to you, even though it was way out of the basic window install realm. While we were finishing up at your house before you left to go eat dinner you had asked me twice when I would be back to finish the rest of your project ( the gate lock, the free landscape light install, and adding drip irrigation around the palms( which I know you were going to try and get for free once again...)) You stated you needed them done by June 9th because you had some guests arriving, I told you twice to your face that they would be done by then and more than likely we would be out next week (week of may 27th) I told you all of this information on may 18th, and here it is may 23rd and you amend a once nice review to reflect I have in some way stolen from you. John I think you need to re-group and look at all of the previous work we have done for you with absolutely no issues. All of the little freebies along the way as well. You should also think of all of the contractors that have actually taken your money, I believe people still owe you money. Think about the hassle with the pool builder that just up and left for weeks on end, and you want to compare me to those guys. That's a shame [member name removed], its very unfortunate you feel the way you do. I have not taken anything from you, you have failed to let me finish my work by the agreed upon date, Which we have tried scheduling multiple times but we will not get into that... I have never taken anything from anybody, I was raised better than that unlike some people. I am the first to pay out and the last to get paid."
