Free estimate was scheduled the next day and was professionally conducted. Detailed works were explained item by item. I thought the price was reasonable (compared to what my friend paid other company) and the description of the work to be done was thorough. All the works were completed the same day as promised and a follow up work to close the last hole the following week. When I thought I saw a squirrel was able to get back to the attic, Metro Pest Control immediately sent out the workers to inspect the problem. They assured me the squirrel did not make back in, but they went ahead put extra safeguard anyway. Highly recommended."

"It took 6 weeks, a very long time. The gentleman who gave me the first estimate failed to check that they have access to the whole attic. He also recommended Galvanized mesh for the soffits and failed to tell me that bugs could get to the attic thru that mesh. We had to add to the estimate and add the bug mesh during the job. It turned out they could not get to the part of the attic where the major problem was. They still ignored that part in spite of me calling or texting them daily for more than a week that there still is a raccoon up there. They kept saying he will come out. They only acted on that part of the attic when the raccoon died and the smell permeated the house."
