"If you’re looking for a company with great quality and great service, I highly recommend Cisco Fencing. Francisco helped me with my dream backyard. I got a beautiful 7ft fence (for the privacy), brand new concrete and patio. The quality of the work exceeded what I expected!! We wanted to extend our patio both in length and height so they broke it all down (concrete included) and built back up into something magnificent! We also asked to have a walkway added which they did with ease. They are very thorough and professional. Coming from someone who knows nothing about this kind of stuff, they made the process so smooth and easy. Francisco even helped set us up with an electrical company to get our fans and lights done on the patio! If you need any kind of rework done on your fence or patio, run to call them. I couldn’t ask for a better company."

Customers say: Quick response

"I had my fence done around a year ago & they done a beautiful job. They were fast & thorough & their quality & price could not be matched, But the most impressive thing of all is I just had a large tree branch fall on my fence & the only thing that happened is it knocked one slat off, one bent back & one broke in half. the rest of the fence remand standing while still holding the branch off the ground. Iv'e got to say this is one strong fence."

"Our fence suffered damage from a storm, and it was time to replace it. Stand Strong Fencing did an outstanding job. They were professional in appearance and attention to detail. They were prompt in returning calls and text messages. They were patient and answered all our questions. Saul was a great person to work with on this project. In the end, we got a brand-new board on board fence that was built with quality, durability, and looked great. I highly recommend Stand Strong fencing."

Fencing questions, answered by experts

In Frisco, keep a post level and drill for routine fence repairs, wood stain or sealant for weather protection, and rust-resistant hardware for longevity. Store concrete mix for stabilizing posts in shifting soil, and a wire brush for cleaning metal components. Tree trimming shears and basic storm repair supplies are also helpful, as local storms and wind can quickly impact fence stability and appearance.

Helpful?

Before starting a fence installation in Frisco, secure all necessary permits and submit your HOA’s design review application, as approvals may take time. Arrange for underground utility marking at least two days before digging. If property lines are unclear, consider a property survey. Schedule your project to avoid peak summer heat and coordinate with HOA meetings to streamline the approval process and prevent unexpected delays.

Helpful?

For fencing projects in Frisco, knowing your precise property boundaries is essential, especially with strict HOA rules and city codes. Check for utility easements, drainage paths, and any slopes that could affect fence installation. Review HOA restrictions on fence height, style, and materials. Also, consider the location of patios, irrigation systems, or mature trees, as these can influence both fence placement and the type of privacy fence you choose.

Helpful?

Frisco’s hot summers, frequent storms, and shifting clay soil can affect fence durability and installation. Wood fences may expand or contract, while metal fences can heat up quickly. Set posts deep in concrete to resist soil movement, and use UV-protective finishes. For open lots, consider wind-resistant fence designs to minimize storm damage. Inspect your fence after severe weather to address issues before they worsen.

Helpful?

Fencing projects in Frisco can be complicated by sloped yards, proximity to creeks, or mature landscaping that requires careful planning to avoid damaging roots or irrigation lines. Dense underground utilities, corner lot visibility requirements, and HOA restrictions in certain neighborhoods add extra steps. If you share a property line, coordinating with neighbors is often necessary for fence replacement or ongoing maintenance.
