They were prompt but didn't really do much except replace sprinkler heads and charge $25/sprinkler (total $425), ridiculous since these heads are only about $5-6 at lowes & home depot. They never hooked up equip to test the controller/valves, etc.

Usually I'd do it myself but had a family emergency come up so was in a rush to leave town. These guys are a rip off as now, my sprinkler wouldn't turn off last night at all (even after unplugging the sprinkler controller). Had to call city of dallas to come turn off the water.

I highly recommend AI Sprinklers in DFW whom I've used before (from Angie's list)...I called them after this issue of the sprinkler not turning off and they promptly came out & took care of my issue. Very professional and knowledgeable.

When Jimmy showed up he explained that I had a slab leak and gave me a quote for tunneling and to repair the leak.Jimmy helped me call my insurance company to have them pay for it. I set up for the work to be done the next day. Jimmy and some diggers come out the next morning and got right to work. He was very professional and answered any questions I had.
