It turns out that we had a bolt still attached underneath the sink from a previous water filter installation. We needed a different type of bolt and he switched the bolts for free! "Did an excellent and quick job, all in all it took 1 hour and 2 men performed the service..  Two issues for me, one they showed up early in the morning without telling me that they would be there (this was not a tremendous negative iussue but noted in the above rating for Punctuality).
I guess my biggest issue was the price, to me this was extremely high and it was explained why but I have had pump work done before (as in pump replacement) and this just seemed very high.
