It was in July in Texas during the pandemic when my AC died and HVACs were on back order, but Team Enoch was able to quickly schedule and complete the installation without any issues. The team was professional and courteous, they showed up on time, and completed the job as promised, and cleaned up well after themselves. I did have some issues afterwards with the Google Nests they installed, but they returned my calls promptly and helped me shut off the self scheduling / smart features."

Coincidentally we had problems with 2 rooms that ended up with no power after the HVAC install. The company took ownership for this problem (which probably was just a coincidence) and sent out an electrician "on their dollar" to fix this additional problem. I have never seen a contractor do this. Very impressed with this company. I would assure anyone, that this is the company to use. "If you need a new A/C or any A/C service at all, I could not recommend this company more. In the service industry, it is sometimes difficult to find an honest, reputable company who gives 200% to all they do. The initial visit was quick and "painless". The installation went perfectly and when they left after completion, the only way we knew they had been there was the cold air coming out of those brand-new white vents. All boxes and old vents, unit etc was hauled off so that we did not have to deal with it. We will forever recommend this company!"
