Excellent service and communication throughout the project. James kept us informed daily on when his crew would arrive and depart, and on the status of the project. He and his employees were all respectful and actually very pleasant to be around. The workmanship was of very high quality. We also use Bencro for our yardcare and have been very pleased. They arrive on schedule each week and keep our yard in excellent shape.

I never had any prints and we were converting a 20 year old barn. I worked alongside James scratching out the ideas on scrap paper. i even was drawing pictures on the floor with my kids chalk. He understood what we were trying to acheive. James did a very excellent job on converting this barn into a very livable place. It had many challenges such as raising half the roof to employe a second floor. It was and had some challenges along the way.. After all is was a Barn used to store heavy equipment and hay.... with that being said James made a not so square barn into a nice home. The design had cedar plank walls up 4 ft with tin on top of that to the ceiling. From the plumbing, electrical , sheetrock, cabinets, AC ..James never got stumped by anything that arrose during the build. Again this was with no plans, just what i described to him. We absolutely love the place. James was very professional and really cared about the quilty of work he was doing. And if you ever use James to do a job you will learn his FAMOUS SAYING... I CAN FIX IT! and he truley can. James is a kind man with a great Christian background. I would and always call James for any other jobs. And on top of all the great work we became very good friends over that time period working together making my families dream come true. He can and will deliver every time. You will not be disappointed with him...

His time was spread a little thin at times with other projects he was doing but he always had someone working on our project. Finish date was a little delayed but that was to be expected because of the add-ons that my wife and I made. I think they did an excellent job and made many improvements to our kitchen. I am very happy with the way it turned out. This review is being done 6 months after the job was completed. I would definitely use them again for any future remodeling.

I have relied on this business for service and repairs to all of my apartment complex a/c units since 2010. Texas summers are hot and  tenants can't  be without a/c service very long. BenCro Mechnical has always found a way to respond very quickly when help is needed,even when their other service requests are numerous. My tenants and I appreciate their efforts. Our AC unit was not blowing any cold air, it would run but the fan on the outside unit was not turning. James came out and took a look at it and determined it was our circuit board. He was able to replace it and have not had any problems with our AC unit since.

We also have built in speakers  inside our home and we were not familiar with the set up nor are we technically savvy and James came out and was able to explain to us what was needed and how we can get them all to work. We got the supplies and James connected our in home speakers to the supplies we purchased as well as make them all work to where we were happy with the results.

This company is very good and very informative on many things not just pertaining to AC or Audio systems but many more other things, as a matter of fact, our sprinkler system actually wasn't working anymore and we didn't know what went wrong, so James gave us some information on what should be happening. We didn't even know there was a way to bypass something and he showed us. Just by him showing us, we were able to determine where the problem was and had all the right people come out and fix the problem for us.

Ben Cro is a great company and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing service for AC and/or Audio System. Very knowledgeable, helpful and very fair on their pricing.
