About us
Koala Insulation of North Houston is the area's certified insulation and attic ventilation expert providing high-quality insulation and ventilation services to homeowners, contractors and property owners. We work with new construction, retrofit applications, and properties affected by natural disasters or that have suffered significant damage. We provide all types of insulation including blown-in cellulose and fiberglass, spray foam, and batt insulation. Furthermore, we provide a number of energy efficiency upgrades such as air sealing, thermal imaging, attic entry/hatch insulators and attic ventilation upgrade (solar fans etc). If it involves insulating or improving energy efficiency within a building envelope, we can handle it. We offer competitive prices and free insulation evaluations. We are locally owned and operated, fully insured and licensed, and believe savings and comfort go hand in hand!

From the time Issac came to bid the job until the work was completed by Josh and his crew, everything went smoothly. All the employees were professional, efficient, answered all questions, and easy to work with, including Heather in the office. Time will tell how much savings is seen but we feel good about the service we received. Would recommend them if you are needing insulation.

We just recently purchased our home and noticed the attic was extremely warm. Koala answered my inquiry and set up a meeting with Isaac. After meeting with Isaac and having him evaluate what our attic area needed we felt confident in hiring Koala to do our job. Isaac advised us we needed Insulation to get to 44 and 2 solar fans to move the hot air out of the attic.
What a temperature difference the fans made. The workers who installed the insulation and fans were very courteous, timely, professional, and hard working individuals. They did a great job and just a few days ago we got a quote for almost $14,000 with rebates for the same job Koala Insulation of North Houston did for under $4,000. We would trust Koala to give anyone an honest estimate to insulate homes.

Arrived within 1 minute of appointment time. Very professional crew. Tech accidentally made a small crack in my ceiling, came inside to look and advised me of accident and showed me the crack. His supervisor was here in less than 30 minutes and scheduled repairman for next morning. They added more than enough installation in my attic. Once finished the crew swept and vacuumed my garage. I will definitely use this company again if needed and recommend them to anyone who need installation

A week later, they came out in the matter of an hour and a half and doubled the insulation. Starting noticing a difference later that afternoon.
