It was evident through their salesman Tom that they had comprehensive experience to handle the project beginning with 3D renderings to submit for HOA approval along with suggestions to modify the original concept for cost control and the discussions of the materials for every surface. Spencer came out and laser measured the garage space to get exact square footage and to measure the moisture content of the floor. Spencer explained the process thoroughly and answered all of our questions. The installation process was impressive. This involved meticulous preparation of the concrete surface from sanding to repairing cracks before coating. Needless to say, I am extremely pleased with my new garage floor.
