We are a family owned and operated A/C and heating service company in Tomball TX. We have over 20 years in the industry and always put our customers needs first. Relationship over profits is how we run our company and maintain an excellent track record of superior customer service. We offer all HVAC services, repairs, installation for residential and commercial up to 25 tons. We install and service Mini Split units as well as offer dryer vent cleaning. We do not offer duct cleaning, or insulation.

2nd time I've used this company and they are awesome.
I got a quote from NBL air conditioning and they wanted to charge me $1800 for a service that Better Than Best did for $300. They're honest, fair, polite, and efficient. Highly recommend 👍🏻

5 stars all the way! They came out quickly, they problem solved and had us up and running within an hour or two! I run a business so it is hard to work when an a/c is down, but they were phenomenal in problem solving, getting the part and getting it restored! Thank you!

I have had ongoing trouble for 3 years with my secondary drain pan filling up and dripping outside of the house. I have had 3 companies and 6 technicians come out and just “blow out” the drain line including one from BTTB AC. Within a day, it was filling up again. Alex from BTTB came out and found the root of the problem. The drain line was running uphill. He corrected this for a minimal charge since another technician had already been here and had not corrected it. He knows his stuff and is motivated to fix the cause of the issue.

The service man was very prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. The gentleman explained everything that was done and showed me everything that he did. Very happy with the service I received and will definitely recommend Better than Best to anyone that needs AC or heating repair. Should I need service again in the future they will be who I call!!!
