Showed up on time and took care of installation at the agreed upon price

Great experience with Joe the Plumber. I requested a bid on the phone and they were able to to give me a quick and pretty accurate ballpark. They were able to get out to my house very quickly. There was no problem with up-selling and they completed the repair quickly and for about what I was quoted. The plumber (Cory) was friendly and professional. Plus, the price I paid was more than $100 cheaper than other estimates I received. I will call Joe the Plumber first for any future plumbing jobs.

It was a great experience, Kate was understanding of our problem and sent Jeremy to us in a few days for an estimate. Another few days and he came back and fixed the cause of my flooded kitchen. We now have water, both hot and cold. So happy, Jeremy did a great job, would highly recommend him and Joe the Plumber to anyone who needs plumbing work.

Very well. I was hit by the power outage followed by Burst pipes after this recent freeze and winter storm. I put my request on Angies list on Friday or Saturday, and had I been home, they would have come Monday. When I called back and explained my work situation, they were able, with minimal fuss to set me up for repair First thing Tuesday. Juan arrived a tiny bit early, identified himself immediately, was extremely courteous and answered any questions I asked. I think it took about 3 hours to diagnose and repair 2 indoor and 2 outdoor pipes/faucet controls. The price came in right at the average listed on Angies list for my location. He took pictures of his work to submit to my insurance company and sent them to me by email. I can’t complain at all and would recommend them to friends or family.

Plumber came promptly. Stopped drain was identified very quickly. Truck with 100 ft cable was unable to unstop although a sizable quantity of cloth was removed after many attempts, using a lower price truck. A higher price truck with better equipment quickly got the drain unstopped. Workmen were efficient and courteous. Difficulties and prices were explained before work was done.

First of all, I want to say that I selected them to do the work because I had a conversation with Matt on the phone about an on demand water heater issue and he was so helpful and nice to me so when I needed my water softener relocated a month or so later, I called them. Unfortunately, Matt was not the plumber that was sent to do the work, if it was, I probably wouldn't be writing this review. Luis, the owners son, came to give me an estimate on the relocation and although I thought it was high, I went ahead and gave the ok knowing that a professional plumber would be doing the job and it would be done correctly and visually appealing. Couldn't be more wrong, a job that would have taken a water softener installer about 2 hours ended up taking five days, not only did I have to put up with the incompetence of Luis but also had to be berated by the owner after having to deal with his son not showing up when he said and not being sure of what he was doing. I would have been better off buying the tools needed and doing it myself. Luis and Joe can lie but pictures don't. #1 tells me that he drilled on the wrong side of stud so has to make a bigger hold in sheetrock #2 installs filter with shut off valve that i asked him not to and blue pipe that looks like a clown should be making me a balloon animal. #3 digs a trench in my yard for 1 1/2 inch PCV pipe, I have had two softeners installed and they have always had a 3/8 inch drain tube, it comes with the softener, my neighbor has the same. #4 screws mounting bolts into sheetrock not stud, had to undo and fix #5 what standard softener install drain is supposed to look like 3/8 inch drain pipe #6 what Luis installed, looks like a soup bowl outside my house, drain hose does not line up and was pinched inside the brick so when the softener drained the first time, it drained in the garage instead of the outside drain. Now I have to repipe the drain hose the correct way and with the correct size hose that comes with the softener. #7 water softener connection leaking constantly, had to take apart and fix myself. I have never had such an incompetent, unsure worker at my house. I was home from Friday to Tuesday waiting on him to show up to work and he never showed up when he said he would nor did he call to let me know he wasn't coming. Also tells me that he's having a bad day and doesn't trust himself making connections, so he wants to come back the next day, who says that?? Then have to be verbally abused by the owner after putting up with a job like this, you make your choice.

Matt carefully removed sections of cabinetry above the ovens so that they could be reused, removed the drywall and wet insulation and wound up replace about 5' of copper pipe with a tee in the center.

Great! I called late Thursday evening and they showed up the first thing Friday morning. The plumber was very kind and professional. He explained everything to me and finished the job very quickly. I would definitely hire Joe the Plumber again!

Matt was professional and thorough. Replaced 4 hole kitchen faucet, 2 aged nipples and 2 frozen valves.

There were some complications, such as a mysterious pipe crossing the path of the new line. Heavy rains during the work time delayed the cleanup. Mike Villereal oversaw my job and he was marvelous.

Called mid morning and was told they could have someone come from 2 to 4 pm. Tech came at 2pm, explained the problem and after looking at it we talked about the options. I went with him replacing the seal and sealing it. The whole project went very well. Tech made sure he everything was clean when he was done. I would use them again.

Ordered warranty part. Took 30 mins to install. Charged $350. Left thermostat lower than expected and now water doesn’t get very hot.

Jimy Reyes is my Joe! A toilet had overflowed overnight. They had Jimy out with a couple of hours. The problem was very hard to find lying just below two bathrooms where the slope of the drains were not as steep in this 1980 built home as are used today. His snaking tool did not clear it so he used a camera and then a water jet to clear the dense clog. He worked with me on ways to avoid the problem in the future. He worked hard until he had it solved. He re-seated the two toilets and provided some parts that were missing to secure them properly. The telephone communications and communicating with Jimy were easy and informative. Call Joe and ask for Jimy!

Job was estimated at what we thought was a very reasonable price and was to be about a half day job. The job turned out to be a 10 hour job far more challenging than anticipated. The work was done to completion that day and the site was restored quite well and the charge was not increased from the original estimate.
