Replaced furnace. Offered a discount purchase waiving interest payments for 18 months. Serviceman evualated the system. The following day I had a new system installed. Crew was friendly, answered my questions, respectful and addressed concerns quickly.

FreshTec representative was fantastic! He helped me understand how my AC system worked and how he wired in the smart thermostat. The AC Tune-Up didn’t actually include any service on my older system, just a diagnosis of what needed to be repaired. My feeling is that if no actual tuning service was provided in the AC Tune-Up, it should have received a small discount.
