That was part of Texas code if you don't go by cold, you're not a certified electrician. They just hired anybody off the street to come and do the job, that was it. "The plumbing backed up when I used the washing machine and dish washer at the same time. Duff and Phil, from JR Plumbing, came out withing 36 hours to unclog our drains. This was the second time Duff came out for the same issue, so they didnâ t charge us. They unclogged the pipes enough for me to do some laundry. This house is 64 years old, so had a lot of buildup. Duff explained that they needed to flush out the pipes. He gave me a quote, which I felt was reasonable, so I had them come out the next day to do the work. They water blasted water through the lines. He said there was so much sludge in the pipes which made a 2â pipe allow only about 1â water flow. When they were finished, I was able to run both appliances at the same time. Duff and Phil were friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend JR Plumbing for all plumbing jobs. They are reasonably priced and courteous."
