Polgam

I've used Paul and his team at Polgam for a number of different projects over the last few years, ranging in size and complexity from a full remodel to restaining a fence and there's no one else I'd rather use. Choosing contractors and project managers can be a huge hassle but with Paul, I know that I'll get high quality work at the best price (literally - he's been able to meet or beat every other quote I've ever gotten). He's always going to be my first call.

We have had a great experience working with Paul. We have hired him for 2 separate projects. First a kitchen for a new mother in-law suite. The second project was a carport. We will continue to work with Paul on future projects

This was project accomplished on a 102 year old Tudor home. Foundation completely repaired; exterior rejuvenated; added complete outside drainage system and French drains around exterior; added upstairs( full bath and living space/bedroom) in former attic space. Carpenters and framers and tilers did a great job.

Paul completed new hardwood in our home as well as a bathroom remodel. Everything done was done in a very professional manner, and he was there to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend him.

We had a wonderful experience with Polgam! Paul is wet professional and cares about his customers. He is honest, reasonably priced and on time with his projects! He is a good family man and we always had confidence in the work being done in our home. We had our bathroom renovated and were so happy with the finished look.

Polgam made the attic space over our garage into a beautiful room. The outcome exceeded our expectation. It’s a large room with a large closet. Everything that was done was top notch - from insulation to a/c unit. Paul also found a pair of windows which I was afraid to use, but they turn out to be a highlight of the room. Paul is calm and walked us through every step, telling us not to worry. I honestly cannot imagine anyone else could have done a better job. He is kind, patient and honest. He kept us apprised of cost every step of the way. I recommend Polgam without hesitation. We would be on big projects two and three with him if it weren’t for college tuition for our two kids. As soon as that’s over, we will be going forward with these projects! Polgam is the best you’ll find.

I am so grateful to Paul. He has become my “go to” contractor. I highly recommend him. He is so honest and detailed. He invoices everything and is very considerate of cost concerns AND design ideas. He is wonderful to work with.

It was great working with Polgam...Our home looks wonderful after we remodel the complete backyard...Now we have a big pool in the backyard and also we added a really nice patio so we can enjoy the summer...Also they took care the landscaping.giving a nice and lighted view...Also the built the gutters and stained the fence and painted the hole house outdoors...They added a roof replacement and I was able to install the solar system in a new roof..Thanks Polgam for your help...We are really happy
