"We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company."

"Plumber charged a lot to hack up my house to fix a leaking pipe behind the dishwasher. He didn't hook up the dishwasher drain line correctly and it leaked. Had to fix myself. They used a scrap pipe instead of the proper $2 part. They wanted to charge me a service fee to come out and fix their problem. I would give zero stars if I could. Over $2200 for bad work. Avoid these guys!"

"I spent months getting multiple estimates for my home foundation. I had some relatively sudden movement due to poor soil, erosion and drainage. The problem attracted as many different solutions to fixing as the number of companies that came out to assess it. Then I called TX Foundation experts. Ben came out and gave me an honest assessment. He addressed the problem areas and gave me my options in plain english (so to speak). The price he quoted me blew me away. Not because they are cheap but because he/they didn’t want to add unnecessary work and cost to fixing the problem. They came on the scheduled day to perform the work and banged it out with one of the most professional crews I’ve ever worked with. They lifted my house, stabilized it and performed all clean up and accessory work beyond my expectation. I am super happy with the results! Doors work perfectly, windows are caulked, bricks don't have cracks anymore, drainage is fixed and I can go on. The responsiveness and customer service were the best you can ask for. Bottom line, I place great value in companies that do good business. They do good business!!!! "Be very weary of their warranty. Their warranty does not stay with the property, but with the homeowner. If you purchase a home and don't transfer the warranty at a cost to you, you are out of luck. I'm a realtor and have several reputable foundation companies where the warranty stays with the property, as it should always be. Buyer beware. I can only imagine they don't get many warranty call because of this reason. They will not attend to their own services."

"After a terrible experience with another company that misdiagnosed my one-year-old Minisplit compressor as having 'toasted' electronic boards (with a $2,000 parts + labor quote and a refusal to install my warranty-covered replacements), I was incredibly frustrated.
