"We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company."

We hired a structural engineer to do an initial inspection, and it turned out that our foundation had some settling and would need repairs. They recommended to us that we check out some foundation repair companies. We had four different companies coming out for an inspection and recommendations. Every company had their own style of measurements and repair methods. It was hard to figure out which method would be the best. This whole process was very scary and overwhelming. Then, Justin from Pinnacle foundation, had a completely different approach to taking measurements and assessing the issue. He also was the only one that took a ground penetrating radar inspection besides the structural engineer that we had hired, (this method is very important to figure out where the beams and piers would be installed). He helped us understand what each of the different materials and methods entailed, and he also wrote proposals for each of the methods. As my husband and I were looking over the estimates from Justin, more questions came to our mind, so we had to call him several more times. Each time we called he was extremely patient with us, answered the questions we had, and made himself available whenever we needed him. Kristen, the project coordinator, also made the whole process less overwhelming and helped us manage the paperwork. Adrian and the installation crew were incredibly helpful and knowledgable. They worked very hard and did a great job. The entire company communicated with us throughout the process so there was no guessing as to what was happening. They understood our concerns and wanted to make sure our home was properly taken care of. We would recommend Pinnacle to all our friends and family."
