"I asked for bids from seven different foundation repair companies. There are a ton of foundation repair companies out there that are shady. They will try to sell you things you do not need. This bid followed the engineering report and was very straight forward. It was not the lowest bid, nor was it the highest bid. It was the bid that was most comprehensive, professional and complete.
