"Strongly recommend getting an energy audit completed on your home, especially when it's complimentary, thank you, Paul! There were quite a few items that needed attention in our home. The technicians Justin and Fernando were solid. They arrived on time, did a great job, were polite, and were very clean. They took before and after pictures, which shows how much I needed the work done. We went with the insulation to ensure it was at least 18 inches, the duct sealing of the junction boxes and HVAC unit, and we had to reroute the bathroom vent. We even did the optional UV-C light, which makes us feel much safer and takes a load off, especially in this current environment of being conscious of germs and all. Great technicians, great company, and solid work. Highly recommend Justin and Fernando :) The email and text reminder game is on point."

"Kent was extremely helpful in explaining the process and how his service differed from cheaper solutions offered by others. Being HVAC licensed, they not only clean and sanitized the ducts, but also clean the coils and the HVAC system. Kent even went and bought new grills and registers to replace old, rusted ones (with no upcharge) and was on site to ensure the job was performed well. The technicians were very friendly, courteous and careful in performing the service. Great experience."

They cover up with plastic the machines we request, and clean themselves up after they finish. We highly recommend them to others who have similar needs."

"O'Keefe and Arlington came in, did an assessment, counted the vents and gave us a quote with and without sanitation. We went for the full cleaning. They brought in their equipment, including the rotobrush machine, showed us how it all worked, explained what they would do and then got to work. They put down plastic coverings for the areas they were working in, vacuumed the floor after they finished working and cleaned the vent plates as well as the ducts. For 4+hours, they cleaned out the ducts, the returns and the main unit. Every time they found something really dirty, they showed us. I was really appalled at how dirty the returns were, but Arlington got down and cleaned them up and left no speck of dust behind. The Rotobrush machine actually brushes twice, once going in and once coming out, clockwise then counter clockwise. Both men worked their butts off and even before they finished, it seemed like the air inside the house was fresher and smelled better than before. Then they put through the odorless, safe for pets and children sanitizer as their last item. Every piece of furniture was back where it was when they started - the only thing out of place was the dust they removed. Excellent dedication to customer service. I could not have been more pleased. It's easy to see why they have so many positive reviews and I am very happy to leave this review for them."
