The technicians Justin and Fernando were solid. They arrived on time, did a great job, were polite, and were very clean. They took before and after pictures, which shows how much I needed the work done. We went with the insulation to ensure it was at least 18 inches, the duct sealing of the junction boxes and HVAC unit, and we had to reroute the bathroom vent. We even did the optional UV-C light, which makes us feel much safer and takes a load off, especially in this current environment of being conscious of germs and all. Jacob also quoted an additional $5k of work related to ducts, insulation and attic temperature. Jacob is a good salesman, but a few of those things were exaggerated, plus explanation of the building dust from 1999 trapped in the HVAC is not correct."
