Today, repair expert, consultant, and general impresario Mr. Roman Arnold diagnosed, repaired, and rescued my older but wiser and otherwise excellent HVAC system from a state of non-function and he did this in only a few minutes, getting right to the heart of the matter fast. This did not surprise me only because my experiences with TEAM Rescue Air consistently demonstrated highest technical expertise, experience, sound practical judgement, kindness, consideration, listening skill sets, and representing clientâ s best interests. Thank you so very much Rescue Air for sending Mr. Roman Arnold for todayâ s â Rescue.â He is so experienced and expert, it is like he invented air conditioning. The Angie's List deal I purchased did not cover enough registers for both of my HVAC units, and they kindly allowed me to purchase an additional deal to cover the remaining registers. I far as I can tell they did a thorough job. That being said I was not given any information as to the before/after condition of my HVAC ducts, and I cannot tell any difference in the air quality in my home. It would have been nice to have gotten a better evaluation from the technician (pictures etc.) to make me feel like I wasn't wasting money. Also the Angie's List deal included a free energy audit which was never even mentioned by either of the technicians. I would use them again had I been given a better evaluation of the work performed, but the experience left me feeling that duct cleaning, in general, is a waste of time and money.
