"Strongly recommend getting an energy audit completed on your home, especially when it's complimentary, thank you, Paul! There were quite a few items that needed attention in our home. The technicians Justin and Fernando were solid. They arrived on time, did a great job, were polite, and were very clean. They took before and after pictures, which shows how much I needed the work done. We went with the insulation to ensure it was at least 18 inches, the duct sealing of the junction boxes and HVAC unit, and we had to reroute the bathroom vent. We even did the optional UV-C light, which makes us feel much safer and takes a load off, especially in this current environment of being conscious of germs and all. "Bill came on time, was very congenial and very experienced. My son is owner operator of a HVAC company in Alabama. I described my problem to him and he told me what he thought was wrong. I didn't mention that to Bill though. Bill diagnosed the problem and fixed the exact thing that my son had mentioned. He fixed the problem and did other test on the system.
