Company has good service

Quick and professional, not to mention affordable

They were priced well and got the job done quickly. Unfortunately, they made a mistake that ended up leaking water onto our ceiling. They were very apologetic, and came back multiple times to repair it, but it never made it look seamless again. We are very happy with the A/C and the customer service, and recognize that it was just a mistake. We would still recommend them to a friend.

While initially it was a tough start, they made sure to get my new system installed and working properly, and they did it in as fast of a time as they could have. They have been excellent to work with. And while it was a rough start, problems will happen with any company, and only the great companies make it right, which they did.

Very fast and professional communication. Listened to what I was really looking for and helped make a good professional decision on the best system for me. They gave me multiple different options and were definitely not pushy for the most expensive one either. After the installation I even signed up for their maintenance services! Have been very happy with Team Enoch. Would definitely recommend to use them if you are needing any services they provide.

Installed in 5 hours including electrical wiring. Unit is working well. Actual cost was same as the estimate gave by looking at the pictures sent.

Exceptional A/C company. Professional, knowledgeable & attention to detail were hallmarks of installing a new A/C that I experienced. Highly recommend!! Also... very fair pricing.

Install was just yesterday but install crew was very professional. Did a thorough clean-up job when they were done. Process to get to install was straightforward and efficient. Pricing was very competitive. One small hiccup along the way which was resolved successfully in less than 1 hour. To this point, very impressed with Team Enoch and would not hesitate to recommend them.
