Austin Pro is a local company with roots deep in the Austin area. We take pride in our work and our community. Our goal is to improve our neighborhoods and to put smiles on our customers faces. We can do that by replacing dated and weathered exteriors, windows, gutters (and more) to transform your home into the best looking house in your neighborhood. The process was very easy from the initial meeting with Tracy and Steve for the bid, to the installation. Would definitely use Austin Pro again.

It was amazing! We had 4 estimates done & while they weren’t the cheapest, they were extremely reasonable for the QUALITY we were looking for! From our very personable sales person’s first visit through all the work being done & the last quality inspection visit by the owner it was very professional. I’m extremely nervous about having contractors here but they did an excellent job & even helped us keep our older dog as comfortable & calm as could be given the circumstances by letting me know step by step what they were doing so I could move him accordingly. We now have an awesome new home. Several neighbors have complimented how beautiful it looks & asked for the contractors information which I give with the highest recommendation!

I was really impressed with the quality of work that went into the siding, caulking, and painting. Paul came out and walked me through each of the steps and explained exactly what would need to happen. He had a good set of suggestions for insulation / zip board as well as designs for the front area that I wanted redone. The real magic of the process was watching the siding team and the painting team work on the siding. I expected to have to clean up after them, but they cleaned up their nails / etc so well I had nothing to pick up. Not only were they fast, but their quality and meticulous perfection of caulking and siding was amazing. They did a great job taking down my rotted pergola safely and neatly (they sanded down the metal bolts on the ground to be flush when I asked). The team also took down an extra internet line I had running all the way around my house that was no longer used as part of the job, which I really appreciated. I should note that when they paint, they do not do sanding on doors/etc. It's spray paint. When I realized this, I took off an extra color, and Paul was thankfully very flexible on making an addendum and taking that off the final price, which I appreciated. They have only one team for siding and one team for painting, and one guy, Ryan, who puts everything back on the side, so scheduling has to work around when each team finishes a job. I did several quotes for different Angie's List companies before I landed on Austin Pro Siding, and I'm so glad I did end up with them. The price was very reasonable and the quality of their work is unparalleled. I highly recommend their services.

We have been wanting to replace the siding on our home for several years so this was a big deal to my wife and I. My day job is commercial concrete construction, and my wife will tell you I am a little "type-a" about my stuff. We got pricing from 3 top rated contractors for Hardie siding in Austin. The list came straight from the Hardie website and through reviews/ratings on miscellaneous platforms. Paul worked around my schedule to come by and prepare a quote. The pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes we got. He explained how they operate with the different phases and told us what to expect throughout the construction. He was not pushy at all which was a major plus. Once started, the crew kept the work areas very clean and were careful with our plants/grass. Paul, Kevin and Ryan were in contact regularly and I could let them know of any issues I had. Any issues I had were quickly addressed. All-in-all these guys are a class act and I was very impressed with the final product. My photos tell the story so check them out.

Paul, Kevin, and their team performed the work on time and to a high standard of quality for a reasonable price. When issues came up during the work, they effectively communicated the choices that needed to be made and did not pressure us one way or the other. After the work was completed, they resolved a few minor corrections free of charge. I would go with them again.

I had the siding on my house replaced in two stages so I could manage the cost. On both occasions, Paul and his crews did a really great job. They were well prepared and efficient, so got the job done quickly. It looks great and I'm very happy with the customer service - it's superior!

Paul Sands and his crew replaced old siding on our home with Hardie Plank and replaced all our windows last August. At the time we didn't want to replace the sliding glass door but regretted it by December.We ordered the door from Paul and he had his crew out with a beautiful new door within a month. The great thing about these guys is they go above and beyond to make sure you are pleased with their work. They worked around our schedule so that we wouldn't have to take off work. The owner inspects every job and talks with you about the work before any payment is made. This is a company high in skill and integrity!

There were several stages of the project, and a different crew for each stage. The entire project was managed by the owner, Paul Schantz. In my opinion, he exceeded the normal concept of customer service. He insured the success of the project. I really like my "new house" look and feel!

Paul came out and he is amazing! This guy was so friendly, knowledgeable, easy going and not trying to sell anything! He just gave me recommendations and let me choose! That's incredible these days!
The cost of the windows were extreme reasonable, included installation, trim, painting the trim etc. the install crew were polite and hard working. Especially since we had a 12 month old baby taking naps they worked on opposite windows of the house.
There was a small issue with one of windows that I would have never have noticed but they pointed it out to me and Paul was immediately on it and making sure the manufacturer would come out and fix it and it was fixed within a week!
I highly recommend this company!
Other places may have windows but Austin Pro Windows those too and it has heart!

When it was time to get new siding on my house I searched Angie's list and others for recommendations and read reviews all over the web. I interviewed 3 well reviewed companies and Austin Pro Siding was in the middle in terms of price. I went with them because I felt Paul, the owner, had a lot of experience and would know what to do if any issues came up with the installation. My house had some water damage and some squirrel damage. I am extremely glad I went with this company. Paul has a consistent crew that he works with and they know their job.
Paul is very clear about the job, the price, the time the job will take, the way the Hardie will be installed; and the color of the Hardie; basically he covers everything in depth. No questions are left unanswered.
The work itself is just outstanding. Paul's company has been certified to install Hardie as there is a specific process to the installation. This company does the work in 3 phases; installation, painting and punchout. All 3 phases were done very professionally and very well.
Paul and his project manager, Kevin, have a great eye for detail and for color. They picked up on things I had not picked up on. Also the whole team cleans up after themselves.
The entire experience with this company was very positive and I highly recommend them.

My employer needed new windows at our office and started shopping around. She found Don Young windows and then started thinking of who we should get to install them. We found Austin Pro Siding & Windows and they came out right away to start work. Within half a day our new windows were completely installed. The crew was so professional from start to finish and very timely. Owner Paul Schantz responded quickly to my initial inquiry and came up with a quote during his first visit. When we decided to go with his company he told me it would be 4-6 weeks before he could start and he was right on the mark with that estimate. His crew was hard working and efficient and finished our job in 2 days. The quality was excellent. Paul checked in twice on the first day then came back when it was finished to make sure we were happy with all of the final details
