Loved the services and quality of their work. We had them enclose a room and install beautiful french doors. They did amazing work with attention to details and good pricing as well. Will use them in the future for major bathroom remodel when it's easier to get materials

Jammie and Skylur are professional, reliable, and honest. I had a hard time finding a contractor because so many we were looking at either had fake reviews on Google or horrible reviews on the BBB website and we didn't want to just use any Joe shmo and regret it after getting mediocre work. I was unsure of what to do until Jammie contacted me about an estimate request I made. She knows the ins and outs of construction and remodeling and we felt at ease as soon as we met her. After we met with Jammie, we looked at their Facebook page to see what sort of work they do and that helped us see that they're the real deal. We used their services for one flooring project last summer and are using their service again for a master bath and closet remodel this summer. They truly go above and beyond for their clients. We are so very glad to have found a reliable contractor that does honest work.

Everyone I worked with from this company was very professional and respectful. The owner took a personal interest in making sure the work was completed as promised. The work crew was one of the hardest working I've ever seen!

Skylur's work was great. He and his crew were on time, adapted to unforeseen issues and followed up on minor issues that arose after completion.

They did a great job and on time. Gage and Skylur were great and covered all aspects of the job, very professional and had competitive pricing. When a problem came up on a back door they were replacing they changed the door to fit my original intent. They were very responsive and helpful in answering any of my questions or concerns.

Jammie and Skylur were SO great to work with. Their crew was on time and very professional, they cleaned up every day, and they paid attention to all of the details. And they were finished a day and a half early! Jammie had some great suggestions to make the changes even better than what I envisioned. We are so happy with the new game room and will definitely use them again.

The job was replacing a bathtub, tiling the walls and floors. I had a rush deadline too. (i.e. My initial call I asked "Is it possible to complete this job within 2 weeks?"). Not only was Sky-Lan able to accommodate, but the price was very reasonable, and the time element didn't seem to factor in at all (I had other higher quotes and my rush status definitely inflated those costs further). Jammie helped me with everything related to scheduling, getting materials and advice on the aesthetics, while Skylur ensured everything was done up to his standards and made sure to follow up with me after the job was done. Very honest and supportive folks with no bs.

I was in a rock and a hard place. I live 1700 miles away from my elderly uncle's home in Georgetown, Tx and I needed to find a remediation and re-construnction specialist for my uncles repairs. I hired a different company ( on the advice of my elderly uncle's neighbors in a Dell Webb community) and that contractor tried to extract an exorbitant amount of money for services not completed. My Uncle, was not allowed to leave his skilled nursing facility without the repairs rendered, so I took a leap of faith and contacted Home Advisor. That's when I came in touch with Jammie. She came in, did the estimate, and I will tell you (after 50+ real estate transactions, she was right on the money). Once hired, Skyler came in with his team and conquered the unimaganiable. I could not be more pleased with the end result. I only wish that we have this level of dedication and service where I currently reside (in PA). Sky-Lan puts the "Cowboy " trust on service that I have not experienced in all my years. It stands for something, folks ... You can rely on this team.

Skylur was honest and caring and he always had his crew here on time. He checked their work when the job was done. He came back to fix a few missed spots. I'll definitely hire his company again.

Jammie & Skylur are great to work with. Our kitchen turned out beautiful. There are a few glitches, but overall we were very happy with them and their services. They will be remodeling our bathroom as well.

Very easy to work with. Coordinated the color of the gutters to the color of the trim on the house with no issue.

The owner visited after the project was complete to ensure that I was 100% satisfied. He sent the team back to replace something (that may or may not have even been their fault) just to make sure I was happy.

My elderly uncle had a fire in a portion of his home in Georgetown, TX. The fire damaged the floor, walls, ceiling, and windows and the smoke/soot damaged the majority of his home. I live 1700 miles away in Pennsylvania and had to find a contractor right away. First I hired a man that was well known in the area and was called often in the retirement community that my uncle lives in. The man was highly recommended by my uncle's neighbor. Unfortunately, this contractor took advantage of the fact that I was so far away and could not verify his work and I fired him after $24,000 of non-performed work and for telling me that certain work needed to be performed that did not need it at all. I did a Home Advisor search and was contacted by Jammie from Sky-Lan. She came out immediately and did a thorough (35 page) estimate on what the home needed. Sky-Lan came in at roughly $25,000 under the next lowest bid on the work that needed to be done. I hired Jammie and she and her partner Skylur and their team began working immediately. Skylan was incredibly thorough, timely, and professional. They remediated ALL of the smoke and soot that was present in the home and did an outstanding job reconstructing the home. Not only did they accomplish everything that they promised to do, but, they went far above and beyond that. Jammie, even stocked the refrigerator with goodies for my uncle upon his return back home. She and Skylur also informed me that my uncle's bedroom furniture need to be replaced and they agreed to let me have it delivered to them so that they could assemble it and move it in for him. On top of all of that, Jammie and her team completely cleaned the entire home before and after. This included washing every single article of clothing, bed sheets, towels, (etc. and all of the upholstery in the home. They even cleaned the oven which (after my last visit) I could not get clean ... I don't know how they did it. Folks, you will be hard pressed to find people out there like Jammie and Skylur. They truly do care about their customers and they go the extra mile to make sure that they have done everything in their power to accomplish what they promise. If you live in a Del-Webb community or other retirement neighborhood, I highly recommend that you contact Sky-Lan. Their work is outstanding, they won't take advantage of you, and they are the most reasonable contractors in your area. Believe me, I spent a lot of money and frustration before I finally found them. I enthusiastically give them 10 stars!
