"JP is OK, but they could have done better. The siding on both sides of the house is slightly crooked (not the front and back, just the sides), and we were unable to open some of our windows after they completed their work. We might use them again, but Angi doesn't provide a "Maybe" option."

The pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes we got. He explained how they operate with the different phases and told us what to expect throughout the construction. He was not pushy at all which was a major plus. Once started, the crew kept the work areas very clean and were careful with our plants/grass. Paul, Kevin and Ryan were in contact regularly and I could let them know of any issues I had. Any issues I had were quickly addressed. We met Mike about 6 months ago, shortly after my FIL had passed away and my MIL could no longer take care of the house. Our goal was to sell the house. The first problem...the back deck (55ft x 25ft) with a not working pool (33ft x 20ft) in the middle of the deck needed major repairs and code upgrades. "I have needed to replace my siding for a couple of years, particularly in the front gable where squirrels had damaged the masonite the builder used. We also wanted to replace the windows on the back of the house to something more efficient. Due to working from home, we decided to proceed with our project. I contacted Audie and he promptly provided me an initial quote based upon photos I had sent. Being a procrastinator, I didn't do anything for a few weeks, but decided to move forward and got a couple of other quotes during this time. I had narrowed it down to JASB and one other contractor and contacted Audie to make sure his quote was still valid. At that time we scheduled an in-person walk around so he could see what I wanted done. Alex and his crew were great and put up with my OCD at times. During the project, if I had any questions Audie or Alex were quick to answer them. Our project was completed in a timely manner and the crew cleaned up the jobsite completely. I recommend JASB and will definitely use them again for other projects."
