Eagle Eye representatives were quick to respond to my request for projected work to be accomplished consultation. Individual (Mr. Rey Alaniz III) Listened intently, conducted a sight survey, made prerequisite cost and time frames which were all in line with my expectations for the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). I was exceptionally please with the level of customer service and professionalism afforded me throughout the entire multiple day processes and procedures. I have listed Eagle Eye Roofing & Contracting at the top of my list as a first consideration for all future roofing and contracting projects.

Quality and friendly service.

Used a drone to survey the damage on the roof and gave me an estimate. Did approximately 18 hours of repair work. Rained right after they finished. No Leaks. Even did a few extra things for me. Outstanding Job. Thank you.

Since work was done on the roof provided photos of work in progress and finished. Cleaned up the work area very well and hauled off all the damaged items. Will definitely hire Eagle Roofing again.

Rey Alaniz is very professional. He repaired the collapsed siding as what is necessary. He also helped sealed some gaps on the siding that I have not noticed. Recommended!

Mr. Alaniz came in an emergency capacity, checked where in the home the leak was located, went onto the roof and located where/ what was causing the leak. Within a couple of hours the leak was sealed and two pipe rings were replaced. The price was great, the service quick, friendly and courteous. When it's time to replace the roof, Eagle Eye is who I'll be calling first. Thanks for your quick response and great service.

After searching with Home Advisor, I spoke with Rey with Eagle Eye Roofing who came to assess my needs promptly. Rey provided a written description of what he can repair or replace with a reasonable price. I interviewed 2 other companies but chose to use Eagle Eye. The crew showed up as promised, did a great job in a reasonable period of time and cleaned up the debris at a fair price. I had a large amount of rotten wood trim around by 2 story house with the non-rotted wood in bad need of painting. I also needed repair to damaged sheet rock in my breakfast room ceiling that was repaired- re painted perfectly. I recommend Eagle Eye Roofing and Contracting.

We interviewed several contractors to do some repair on our soffets and gutters, painting, tree trimming, and replacing our patio fans. It was clear during the interview that Rey took the time to point out some of the causes of the problems we were having. Rey climbed ladders to inspect our gutters and roof. The other 2 companies stood on the ground to inspect. Rey and his team continued this same attention to detail throughout the entire job, and communicated with us the progress. Will use them again for future jobs.
