"I got several bids for Austin contractors to complete a full exterior remodel on my duplex property including windows, siding, exterior doors, and gutters. I chose PSP because they had a competitive, detailed bid, and was also a locally owned and operated company. Due to supply chain shortages, windows were backordered for several weeks. Whenever the supplier kept pushing back the delivery date, Jen at PSP communicated with me on a daily basis. The work began right at the end of December, and despite the crew taking their holiday breaks (as they should) they were able to finish in a timely manner. He was not pushy at all which was a major plus. Once started, the crew kept the work areas very clean and were careful with our plants/grass. Paul, Kevin and Ryan were in contact regularly and I could let them know of any issues I had. Any issues I had were quickly addressed.
