The packing team arrived on time and worked hard to ensure our move was a success. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and helpful; they are extremely trustworthy and honest even returning me $20 bills they found. We were able to move quickly and with minimal disruption thanks to their packers and unpackers. I highly recommend Quality Moves for all of your moving needs! They are reliable, trustworthy, and provide a quality service that is worth every penny. I have moved with Quality Moves exclusively for over 10 years. It went Extremely well. Ben Linzer and his helper were positive, pleasant, polite, and easy to work with throughout the moving process. They arrived on time. Furniture and packed boxes were moved from a storage unit and a house to an apartment. No problems. There were no dings in the furniture. No dings in the walls or doorways. It was a hot and humid day. Nothing lost. We started at 9:00 am and finished about 3:30. Everything was put in place as requested. An excellent move at a reasonable price. Best move I have ever experienced. I cannot get the "cost of service" field below to accept anything but the cost was $550.

Ben and his team were fantastic.   Went above and beyond by leaving Austin and heading all the way to Pennsylvania to help relocate my family.   Their price was even slightly below the national competition.   Because of Ben's local reputation I felt my family would be in trustworthy hands.   Ben was right on time with both the pickup in PA and delivery to Austin despite some wild weather and vehicle issues in between.
They took care with our belongings and did a great job overall.   I would highly recommend them if you are planning a move.
