Yep, they did it again! This was my third move with this company, and I could not have had a better move. I moved from an upstairs apartment to the one right below me. Larry came out and we "visited" as he took notes for the estimate. The crew was on time and professional as always. The move was scheduled for a pack, move, and unpack to take place over three days. It was done in two days! I highly recommend them for your moving needs. They get the job done right reliably, quickly, and professionally.

He moved through my apartment taking notes and it seemed more like a friendly visit more than business. The estimates he gives are great. This time the estimate went down! I saved $1,159 off the original estimate. He and his crew are total professionals. They know their jobs and execute it with precision. They are totally professional and courteous. Everything was packed well and none of my possessions were damaged. They packed me, moved me and unpacked me. The move took place over a few days (5). They had stairs to go up and down at each residence and they didn't flinch. It was San Antonio HOT during the move and they made sure to keep themselves well hydrated. The crew is well organized and very efficient. They made sure to organize my possessions for the unpack to go smoothly. The unpack was painless for me. The crew unpacked and placed my things where I wanted them to go. All the boxes and packing materials were removed also. That took off a lot of the stress from me and all I have to do is put things on the walls and arrange my knick-knacks. HIRE THEM! They are a keeper!

We were so pleased at how fast and smooth our move went. The guys that took care of our move were very professional and took wonderful care with reference to our furniture and other items. Out of the other movers we talked to, this company was the only one to take time to come out to our home prior to our move to figure out exactly how many items we had to move. Absolutely wonderful group of folks....This is a VERY professional organization.. Owner came out to visit with us & took inventory of what needed to be moved, with a price the next day & stayed in touch with us regarding schedules etc. His team was very polite & very hard working who came as planned - on time - and were like a synchronous machine. They each had their job & did it well! Mike, the leader, walked thru the house & office, without written notes, & knew everything we had to move. Will & Daniel got right to work as well -- they protected the doors & furniture & nothing was damaged! Price was based partly on number of estimated hours. These fellas got finished early, saving us approximately 3 hours. Would absolutely hire them again & would recommend them very highly!!!

Very well! They packed everything in new or fairly new boxes and had enough paper and bubble wrap available to pack all delicate items. Nothing broken! All went well and they put everything (furniture in particular) in the spots where we wanted it.

This great team of movers exceeded expectations again!! Larry had moved us six months ago and moved us again in August. It went so smoothly and work was accomplished in one morning. I highly recommend this company. Had one item damaged and Nancy worked with me to try to find a replacement. Great personalities and still professional!!

Working with Heritage owners to plan and quote the move was painless. The owners and moving staff are very professional, thorough and courteous. The moving staff prepped both ends of the move to protect the home doors, walls and floors and handled our items with the utmost care. I highly recommend them to anyone moving their furnishings.

Fantastic! Contacting the company by phone was professional and friendly, the estimate was quick and thorough, the packing team protected our belongings, the moving team moved our belongings into our new home, and after it was all said and done, quickly, and less than the estimate. Can’t find a better moving company: I’ve moved as a kid and on active duty. This team is the best one can ask for.

Overall they provided good service. They were prompt & got the job done without breaking items. My issue is I believe they gouge their prices based off of the size of your job. My invoice quote was for 7hrs of work. The movers arrived at 0930 & the job was finished at 1145, however their clock started at 0830-1300 as they charge a roundtrip fee of drive time from the time they leave their facility. Even with the 1.5hrs drive time added, they still tried over charging me. I also did not get the military discount. Buyer beware if you have a smaller job.

The team who moved us was so EXCELLENT!! We had two locations to move from. These men had us out of the old and into and into the new so quickly and proficiently. This is the first move out many, many, and many that I did not weep!! I highly recommend this company. Larry and the crew treated us and our property like we were good friends for life!!

Excellent. I had packed the majority of the little stuff. The crew arrived promptly at 9am, moved efficiently. We left after watching them for about an hour and headed to our new home 1.5 hrs away. The moving van arrived about 2 hrs later and we were all done by 4pm. Nothing broken, nothing lost. Very pleasant people, easy to interact with the leader. He made sure the boxes were placed in the correct room so that we did not have to move them before unpacking. Larry the gentleman who owns the company met us only to evaluate the cost of the move and to ensure that the appropriate boxes arrived ie to pack mattresses and for clothes in closet. They also put all my husband's tools and wood working machines in the container we had ready for them. We were both impressed. We had another bigger moving company provide an estimate and it was greater than 2X more than Heritage. I think the personal touch of the smaller group made the difference and we are very pleased at how it turned out.

Perfectly, without any issues. We've used this company once before in 2015 and had an excellent experience then too. They're reliable, very well organized, and take the extra time and care to execute the move without damaging furniture or home. Cost this time was relatively high since it actually involved two separate moves and a month of storage. It was a nice surprise that the final cost came in lower than what was estimated, since the moves each took less time than what had been anticipated in their original estimates.

My husband and I hired Heritage Movers and have no regrets. The moving team was amazing! Efficient, yet careful. Professional, yet personable. We found their rates to be reasonable. We couldn't be happier with our Heritage Moving experience. :)

Very professional and personable. Pleasant to transact with. Sadly was moved to a storage facility because house wasn't available yet. In light of this they gave a small partial refund from original estimate. We had to find someone local to move furniture from storage facility into house at a later date. Heritage Moving & Storage LLC was wonderful and efficient. They removed doors when necessary to get the appliances out and carefully wrapped the furniture to protect it. They packed our TV into a shipping box. They dismantled our outdoor canopy and packed it up. We couldn't have made this move without them. The owner, Larry, came out personally to see my household inventory and to give my estimate. Of the several companies we had inquired to, he was the ONLY one who actually came to the house. All the others only interacted by computer or phone. We were happy to have chosen this moving company and highly recommend them.

The process was as easy as I have ever experienced a move. The movers showed up on time, worked really well. I was charged less than the "do-not-exceed" quote since I got rid of a lot of things between quote time and move. Honest, reliable business

Heritage did an amazing job with packing our entire house and moving us to our new house.

We were very happy with the entire process. It started with a site visit to give us an estimate of the total cost, and the figure given was an absolute maximum, with the promise that we would not be charged a penny more than that. And in fact, the cost came in a few hundred dollars less. Each one of the movers was very friendly, courteous, and professional. They each introduced themselves to me, which I thought was a nice touch. They were organized, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took excellent care of our belongings. They disassembled and reassembled beds, made sure that everything was where we wanted it. I would highly recommend them. Although I’m not planning to move anytime soon, I would definitely use them again.

It was great! Nancy is very good at what she does! I usually interview 3 or 4 people for a job like this. She was my second, but I was so impressed I didn't look any further! She was true to her word that there is a "No More Than" price and yes it could be less - it was for us. The packers were very careful with our possessions and the moving guys were careful and efficient. I would recommend them With No Reservation! You can't go wrong with this company!
