The driver connected one week prior to the move, the day prior to the move, and the morning of the move to confirm arrival and pick up time clearly. I would say, the front line folks who picked up and dropped off were courteous and professional. The administrative folks were an absolute nightmare. Not only did they miss two different deliver windows that they agreed to. We constantly followed up to align that we were tracking towards the deliver windows, but would not receive return calls. At one point we were considering reporting our goods stolen because we couldn?t get our calls returned.

I almost never leave bad reviews?just scroll through my profile and you?ll see I typically only give 5 stars. But my experience with Perfectly Fast Moving was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. After signing a contract, I never heard from Jared again, despite leaving two voicemails and sending an email. He originally promised my delivery by a specific date, but once my belongings were packed up and taken away, I was suddenly told they wouldn?t arrive until 10?14 days after the agreed-upon date. I had to call three separate times just to get any sort of update on when I could expect delivery. Communication was poor across the board, and the company made zero effort to rectify the situation. They had over two months to plan the logistics, and still completely dropped the ball. Now I?m starting a new job on the other side of the country without access to my kitchen, clothes, or basic essentials. Highly recommend going with another company.

I hired this company kind of in a rush because I needed to move my stuff out of the apartment I shared with my husband. I took photos of everything I needed to move, sent them over, and they gave me an exact estimate. The price worked for me, so I went ahead with it. They moved everything into storage and even gave me one month of free storage, which was super helpful. I?m hoping to find a new apartment during that time, and once I do, they?ll move everything again for me. There were no issues at all, just wanted to say thanks for helping me out during a tough time. That?s pretty much it!

From Texas to Virginia, the excellence and clarity was wrapped with care. It started with a simple walk-through with specific questions that targeted the details of the space and the type of wrapping needed to ensure safety of the furniture. 5 pieces were fragile, expensive dressers from high end furniture vendors and were designated as unstackable with extra layer of wrapping and cushion. And yet, the other pieces were cared for with same layering but stackable for cost efficiencies. Delivery is scheduled 3-14 business days tracked with tags and accountability. The two professional was lead by Dimtry who took the time to answer my questions let alone to ensure I had complete understanding of the expectations and cost. Dimtry and his partner worked diligently and communicated thoroughly amongst themselves while focusing on the next steps.
