If I could give this company, zero stars, I would. I am a seasoned mover and this is the absolute worst moving company I have ever hired. They did not wrap any of my furniture with moving blankets. Just plastic wrap. Three of my pieces were damaged as a result. I called the office multiple times and at first they said that they would either replace the pieces or refer me to a furniture repair company. I received a quote from the furniture repair company they referred me to for $650. I sent the quote to the company and they said that they would only pay half. They dodge my calls, refused to respond to me, and I am now left with furniture that is broken because of their carelessness and inexperience. Do not trust this company at all. They are the absolute worst! I am now planning to sue them in small claims court.

Iâ ve worked with this company twice and had a great experience each time. They are organized, work quickly, are professional and friendly, offer good rates, and went above and beyond to make sure all my walls and furniture stayed safe during the move. They went above and beyond to remove the legs from one of my couches and orient it differently to make sure it would fit in my new apartment. They also do moves to and from 3rd story apartments which is something that other local moving services didnâ t always offer. I will continue to call this company for all my local moves.

Nice moving truck with a lift gate. Fast, efficient and very courteous 2-man crew. They were very careful in moving my extremely heavy press machine. They were a delight to work with. Highly recommend & will use them again.

Very quick and affordable

Michael and his team were consummate professionals who went above and beyond to deliver my piano that weighed probably an actual ton. Michael in particular was very communicative and accommodating with my requests snd instructions.

Michael and his colleagues were so incredible and efficient. Michael also put up with my endless texts and questions and remained professional and polite throughout. Would hire these guys a million times over. 10/10

My move schedule was constantly changing due to issues with closing documents on my new place, and Michael on the phone was very understanding, doing his best to accommodate both on short notice and through a first reschedule a couple days later because I didn't get the keys as early as we were hoping. When he got an unexpected opening for the next day (1 day earlier than the reschedule), he proactively called me to offer that time slot up and still gave me enough notice to back out and postpone another day if needed. It happened to work better than the previous reschedule, so we agreed to it. On the day of the move, the 3-person crew arrived on time and Michael called me at the same time to confirm their arrival. They were very courteous and friendly, and got straight to work, asking about questions as needed. They loaded up my stuff in a little under 2 hours, and were flexible when I changed my mind about which furniture I was taking or leaving, or adding additional things I had forgotten about when I got my quote on the phone. When they arrived at the new place, they had everything unloaded and reassembled promptly, again asking questions as needed, and the entire job was done in just under 3 hours (including a 15 minute drive between places)! Nothing was damaged by the crew, and they got the heavier furniture moved with proper safety and care. For such a reasonable cost and very high-touch personal service on the scheduling side, the value is way up there for Local Lifters, and I'd absolutely use them again!

All three movers were hard workers and were polite and respectful. I doubled the amount to move the day before and they worked it all in. They were on time and completed the work for the estimate. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

The guys were excellent and listened to the specific instructions and request we had . They were very careful and made sure they didnâ t damage our hardwood floors. Very respectful of our property

All three movers were respectful and very fast. The went very well. We never hired movers before but will diffenitly use them again if needed.

Michael was extremely professional and very thorough. He was very accommodating when I needed to change my dates for my move. I The movers that he sent were also very professional and moved very quickly. I will definitely be using this company again when I need to move anywhere in the Austin area.

Usually lifters work as slow as possible . The company I used was better than average which is not saying much

Great group of guys!

I had a large Nordic Track treadmill that I needed to move to our new home gym, which is in a converted trailer across the driveway. Some knowledge of treadmills and how to fold it up was needed in order to get it to fit through the doorways, and even then it was a very tight fit, with a 350 lb machine. Local Lifters was the only company to do the research, look up the documentation for my model of treadmill, get pics and measurements from me and confirm they can do the job. They did it for less than some other estimates I got. It took 'em an hour, but they got the job done without getting dings in any doorways or the treadmill. What a relief! Thanks guys, you earned your tips!

Everything went great except for my scheduled time got pushed back at the last minute so it wasn?t the guys fault I guess the scheduler. Other than that everything was great!
