He literally "saved" the carpet in one of our rooms.  There were so many spots and a very dirty high traffic area, that we were ready to replace the carpet.  Fernando worked on it for several hours and now it looks like new.  In fact, the carpeting looks like new in all the rooms (and our living/dining room carpet is 20 years old).  When he was finished cleaning the carpet, Fernando dusted the furniture, if there was any residue from the dry cleaner he uses.
