Workers were tidy while they worked, punctual, polite and did professional work. Two young men did everything in our house in 3 days. I was amazed at how fast they worked and how wonderful it looks.

They did an excellent job. The backsplash is absolutely beautiful. They have their own installers who has been with them for years. They showed up on time. They worked until they got it finished. I've been to them about 4 or 5 times. I love their installers. They're as good as their installers.

My experience with them has been very good.  They are very accommodating in dealing with us when we get in and looked at their product.  We had carpeting from them twice which was kind of an endorsement.  I decide to use tile in the living room, dining room, kitchen and great room area, they did the work for us.  I think some of the people who worked in our house were illegal.  I told them about the help that they could get and dealing with their illegality.  I know a legal service that could help them and I told them about that too.  They tried to please us.  They did every single tile.  They did what exactly what we wanted.  I was just impressed with them. I was sorry about their circumstances.  But they were really hard workers and they were very careful about what they did.  

We were please with price and that is one of the reason why we went with them.  They were not the cheapest but for the products we got, we thought that it was a really good buy.  But they were definitely not the highest.  The quality is wonderful.  Our cat got it dirty and we cleaned it and it?s still good.  

Our experience was very good. There were a couple of little things that I wish that they had done differently but, overall, they did a good job. They filled in a gap with caulk. They did not talk to me before they did things.

At Your Service Flooring was very good. They treated me fine. I got a pretty good price. I actually bought a whole bunch of it about three or four month before that and the I just added a couple of more boxes because I needed more.

They are great...very accomodating to my needs and schedule. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

The people that came out and laid the floor did a very nice job and came out to fix a repair to my flooring for me.  They were late, however, and when I called the company they were clueless that the installers were broke down.  They were not very responsive within the office.  I did start to get some bubbling and the contractors came  back out and took some pictures and returned them to the office.  I have not heard from anyone since.  I have made multiple calls and no one has ever called me back.  As far as grading this company, I am giving the contractors an A for Professionalism, however, as far as the company goes, I'm giving them an F for this catagory. 

We were happy with them. They did a good job. The price was fine. We were looking more for quality and we had recommendations on this company. We bought both the materials and installation from them. We weren't real happy with the  trim around the columns in the living room. They came back out and made it right and didn't complain about it at all. We are still happy with it after a couple of years. We didn't do much comparison shopping. They came when they said they would. They were very responsive to our needs.

Crew that did the work in my house was great. They were on time and very efficient.

I had a bad experience with Lumber Liquidators so I cancelled my order and found At Your Service. Flooring (not knowing they were on Angie"s List).
 I walked into the store the owner and sales people were so friendly and helpful.  I picked out the flooring and put half down.  They really could not have been nicer or easier to work with.   I can not say the same for the contractor that they sent out to install the floors.  However, they did a nice job with a few mistakes.  The store called almost every day to set up an appointment for another crew to come in and go over the floor and fix any problems.  Although they could have, they did not charge me the final payment until I told them I was happy with the work.  After the remodel was complete and the floors uncovered At Your Service Flooring sent a new crew to make all repairs as well as clean the floors.  I love the product and the floors look great!  

We really liked them. They did a really good job. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up very well. They were here when they said they were going to be here. The granite countertops were $5,000. The price was very good. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and we didn't have any problems with any of it. We checked prices at a big box store and they beat them. We are going to use them to tile another room.

Their customer service was excellent.  We were very happy with their company.  We took a bunch of samples from them and my family ended up choosing one.  To be quite honest after we installed it in the house we would not choose it again.  We would definitely choose another quality.  They had other qualities available.  It was not the company’s fault at all.   We were not super happy with what we chose.  Honestly we did not shop around.  So we do not have anything to compare their price to.  We only shopped at one other place and they were significantly higher.  We will use them again.  We would use a different material.

At Your Service has been great!  Joe has gone above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and could get the flooring that we wanted.  He kept the lines of communication open and was honest about what he could get in.  I've been thoroughly impressed.  We called August 31, 2011 to inquire about the floors.  He called us 3 times during the day to make sure he had exactly what I was looking for and told me the dates that it would arrive.  I would recommend him to anyone.

The overall work went on pretty well. They were well prepared. They did a very good job.

This store has a showroom on the Airport Freeway in Haltom City. It is a section off 121 you might call Flooring and Tile Row. It was the second store I visited that day in November; the first being a Carpet store where the salesman didn't seem interested in whether he sold a floor to me or not. I spoke with Joe and his staff about my needs, was given hardwood samples; and Joe arranged for an estimate to be given the very next day. The estimate was given for the complete job - the cost of the hardwood floor, materials and labor. In addition, I wanted tile in the entry-way, which was figured into the estimate. After emailing the proposed contract, I was busy traveling for a few weeks and only got back with them the week before Christmas. They remembered exactly who I was and the services I asked for. When I called on Tues the 21st, Joe said he could order the materials and start the very next day! I was a little hesitant, as i had not seen any reviews online, yet I didn't have the time or the energy to get quotes from other providers' so I kept my fingers crossed and hoped for the best. From the time the installation crew arrived, until the work was finished, I was totally happy! The workers were very professional and took pride in their work. They worked all day Weds and Thurs, and then came back on Fri morning (Christmas Eve) to finish up the baseboards and clean-up. They were wonderful about caring for the furniture, and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I remodel or repair a room or space in my home almost yearly; and can honestly say this the only company has met or exceeded all my expectations. I am looking to replace the tile in my kitchen, and am confident in using their services again.

They are very friendly. This was all very new to me and treated me with respect and helped answer questions that I had regarding which trim pieces to buy. They even agreed to take back some pieces so that I could buy the "right" pieces, even though technically, they have a "all sales final" policy. The only disappointing thing is that they originally told me that I could have the tile in a single day, but in reality in takes them a couple of days. However, they were very good about communicating with the warehouse so that I could get the tile as soon as possible. The timing still worked out so that wasn't a big deal.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN GETTING THE CARPET AND HAVING IT INSTALLED. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER.
