Upon speaking with Ron he was knowledgeable. He understood the issue with my windows, and provided suggestions. He came out to my house to confirm his suspicions, and measured my windows. He correctly estimated when the glass would be available. He kept me informed during the entire process. His associate installed the new glass. He was professional and considerate. I am very pleased!

Im new to this area and couldnt find a company that could fix my broken door. Other companies gave me the run around and others have yet to return my call. But Red River did exactly what they promised. I broke my glass door on Saturday and they had it fixed by Monday evening. The price was a little less than what i expected and Ryan was prompt,courteous, friendly and professional. I look forward to working with them on more projects!
