It was a big project and it took approximately 4 months. I interviewed 6 contractors in 2017 with a goal of starting the project in 2018. Out of the 6 contractors I interviewed, Mike and Carol were the only ones that were detailed in all measurements, they did not guesstimate on any of the numbers, listened to what I wanted in my home and made suggestions. So i knew I had selected the right people for this project as i was going to be living in my home throughout this entire remodel. I wanted tile flooring throughout the entire house, complete kitchen remodel with new custom cabinets, remodel of 1/2 bath, guest bath and part of master bath. They also painted the kitchen, bathrooms and master and guest bedrooms. They also installed a new electrical box as I had to put the range on separate breakers. One of the major things is that I had to entrust my home to Mike and Carol as I work during the day. Mike and Carol are definitely trustworthy and they do a great job. I would rehire again.

From the very beginning, the owners were responsive every step of the way. We had picked out materials and received a very fair estimate for the work. Everything was completed on time, delivered as promised. The contractors they use are professional, do great work and clean up their work areas. Everything is covered properly and all project trash was removed. We would definitely recommend and will purchase from Floor & Wall Design in the future.

Wow! That’s the best word to describe the work that Floor & Wall Design did at our home. They completely remodeled our home. They added a full bath, took down a wall, gutted and rebuilt our kitchen, and retextured all the rooms in the house. These guys are simply awesome and I have recommended them to several of our friends. The transformation our home has undergone far exceeds my high expectations! Was the best price, a very quick process and done right! The whole process from the start to being installed was less then 15 days. Also, the price was the final price and no add-ons!

Had the pleasure to work with Mike and Carol on a recent update of granite and back splash of our kitchen. Everything went incredibly smooth. Mike met with us twice to make sure we liked the selection we picked for the granite. From the selection time to the measurement and installation went very fast. Our back splash was installation was shortly after. We plan to put in wood flooring in our den and entry, and also to update old tile in our bathrooms. We will definitely be using Mike and Carol again. Mike watched over both projects closely and they sealed the granite themselves. Very reliable, reasonably priced and just nice people.

I started this project, mid April, 2018. I wanted to hire someone that I could trust. I work and would not be able to be at home while this project was ongoing. Therefore, I was looking to hire someone that would take care of my house, trustworthy and no issues. I interviewed at least 5 contractors. When I interviewed Floor & Wall Design, Mike & Carol came to my house. They listened, very detailed, worked through some things that I knew I wanted in my home and Mike and Carol figured out how to do. They kept my home clean as I was living through this renovation. It took approximately 2-1/2 months to complete. I've heard horror stories about contractors; however, what I do now about Mike and Carol, they do what they say they are going to do. I would recommended them unconditionally. As to the price, they are fair. The team that Mike and Carol have are amazing and very very good at what they do. One tip: Don't argue with MIKE. He is usually right. I love my home thanks to Floor & Wall Design.

Mike and Carol were so helpful with all of our questions and requests. The entire process was completed within 2 weeks, from estimate to installation. They are very efficient, and flexible with scheduling, even meeting with us on a Saturday morning, and answering our phone call on Sunday afternoon. Our counter tops are gorgeous and already receiving lots of compliments. Definitely will use them in the future!

Mike's team did a fantastic job of putting in new wooden floors kitchen, den, guest bedroom and guest bathroom along with a much nicer tile in our entry way. First they had to remove the old tile floors in our entry way, kitchen, and guest bathroom along with the carpet in the den which they did very quickly. We are especially excited about the hand scraped wooden floors. The whole job took only 2 weeks which was a pleasant surprise since we had wood floors put in another part of the house years ago by someone else & that took much longer. Crews arrived on team & were very respectful of our home. Things could not have gone better. This is the 2nd time we have worked with Mike and because he did such an excellent job with the granite countertops & backsplash in the kitchen, we had no reservations about using him again for putting in these new floors and we are glad that we did.

Terrific. The personnel/contractors that they use are very detailed oriented, punctual, professional, keep the work areas clean, and perform the overall work within a relatively short time frame. They have no problem if there are items that you wish to perform yourself during the process as well as buy the items yourself. Mike has artistic talents that can help you with your design if you are not sure of exactly what you may be looking for. I have recommended them to several co-workers and neighbors.

The quartz installation went great and very quickly. The backsplash tile took a little longer than expected but turned out great. We are very pleased. The owners were fantastic to work with. Of all the quotes this was the most affordable. The owners were upfront and very straightforward about everything and there was no fluff in their pricing as with some others. They answered all my requests and questions very timely and when we wanted to go look at quartz they met me the same day. I am very pleased!

The workers were fast, very clean, easy to ask questions to, Mike and Carol listened, They are very experienced in selecting slabs to be efficient with little waste and good at matching up well. Good eye for design. Also had a large selection of slabs and went with him to select. He was very patient.

Mike and his wife came out to my house promptly and quoted me a great price. He also answered my questions on other home improvements that I was considering. Excellent! Our experience with Floor & Wall Design was A+ from start to finish. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable and immediately put us at ease about the process. There was good communication throughout. They were on time to all appointments. It only took a week to get our countertops after they measured for them. The installers were polite, fast and efficient - and cleaned up so well you would have never have known they were there! The owners followed up after the install to make sure we were satisfied and sealed the countertops themselves. This high level of customer service is rare these days. We couldn't be happier with our decision to use Floor & Wall Design and will definitely use them for our next home improvement project. We highly recommend them.
