I left a message on a Sunday afternoon and they returned my call first thing Monday morning. I requested a patch of carpet be replaced due to a nail polish stain. I provided the extra carpet. They came out that afternoon for the job. The quality of repair was great The installation crew was very professional and fast. I highly recommend them for carpet repairs.

My wife and I visited the showroom, and met Don. He seemed a little reluctant to help us at first, until he figured out we were serious buyers for a fairly large project (1600 sq ft of carpet/hardwood) maybe it was just me. Anyway, we looked at all his products and liked what he had. We scheduled a home visit for him to come measure. Don showed up on time and got to work on his measurements. We had some discussion about "hardness" of the wood used in the engineered wood flooring we were considering. A few days later he called and gave a verbal estimate over the phone to my wife. He also felt compelled to comment to my wife that my "hang up" on the hardness of the wood was unfounded. Whatever, sorry for wanting to be an informed consumer. In the end, I think I knew more about the product he was selling than he did. His prices were reasonable, competitive to other bids. A verbal bid, really? This guys doesn't use e-mail or fax. Really, in this day and age of communications? Get with the times. Don was professional, but the methods are not. It wasn't a bad experience, but not a real pleasure either. I bought with the competition who provided top notch customer service and communication.

I went to their store and picked a few options. They provided me with large samples and then came to my house to measure. They were always on time and did the work in one day. They put things back and it looked great.

I purchased a remnant which they installed in a small bedroom. Very good value and excellent service by the technician. He even cleaned some spots in another bedroom that were left behind by the carpet cleaners!

The owner is very knowledgeable, honest and helpful in deciding what carpets are appropriate. They are very fair with the price. The service is always excellent. The owner is always accessible and very ethical too!

Except for a glitch in scheduling, the job was flawless. Old carpet and padding removed and hauled off, all the scraps taken off, carpet vacuumed afterwards to get up the little pieces that dropped, floor next to the hallway was swept. They even left me with the remanents should an accident happen that needed a patch!

We called Waggoner for a bid and they were able to come out the same day. Don was very professional and there was no pressure.Their price quoted was lower than two other bidders for the same carpet and pad specifications. They also were able to do the work on a Saturday. Their installers were on time and professional and they explained step by step what they were going to do. They moved all the furniture carefully and put it back exactly where it belonged. Their quality of work was excellent and they made sure we were happy with everything before they left. As a bonus they offered to make stitched mats out of the new carpet that was left over at no cost. We had two mats made and they even attached no skid backing to them. We would not hesitate to use them again and we highly recommend them.

Great -- we picked out samples in the showroom, the owner came to our house and measured for the carpet, the carpet arrived in a reasonable amount of time and there was no delay in scheduling installation. Installation was begun within about 45 minutes of the time stated and completed in a very efficient manner.

Overall, it was a very positive experience. They were responsive from the very first contact. Even though this was a very small job and did not involve sale of new carpet, I felt like they appreciated my business and treated me like I was having a large job done. I thought the price was very reasonable, they came when they said they would be there, and completed the job in a timely and professional manner.

They always do a great job and we have hired them multiple times. We recommend them to everyone because they are just such a professional company. I would highly recommend them
