These guys were very neat, worked non-stop until finished, cleaned up very well. They installed the tile I selected and even created grout to make it look like ceramic. Very good to work with, highly recommend them.

The installers were able to perform this work a week earlier than originally planned.   They were gentile with my furniture and equipment and were able to accommodate special needs associated with my A/V system.   The floors look beautiful and are a joy to walk on (the product they installed has a much more natural look and feel than the flooring that was removed).    The installation was a very positive experience and I would recommend them to others.

I had the tile near my front door and fireplace removed, the carpet in 3 bedrooms replaced and wood flooring put down in the entry, hallways and living room space. The floors look great and the installation process was seamless. The crew arrived as scheduled for the installation - it took about 2 days to complete.
The sales representative worked with me on the pricing to help keep me within my planned budget. He was professional and prompt. The only con is that my sale rep wasn't available after the installation (he was on vacation) and the personnel in the office weren't able to assist very much. Also, care instructions and details on the warranty for the flooring was not provided.
That said, when I'm ready to replace the tile flooring in my kitchen and dining area, I will use Mr. G's flooring again (with the same sales rep).

The work was done in two phases. The wood in the office and tile in the laundry room was completed in one day.  The team they sent was awesome.  They were neat, cleaned up after them selves, and followed my requests to the letter.  The reason for the work being done at different times was due special ordering wood flooring for the den.  It took awhile to get in the product. The second crew was also professional neat and cleaned up after them selves.

I hired them when we were pregnant with our first to put carpet in our new room.  They were very friendly and professional while my husband and I were shopping for the right carpet.  The guy who came to do the install was very friendly, and punctual.  He installed our carpet very quickly!  Three years later, our carpet looks and feels as great as the day that they installed it!

Our salesman (Tim) did a great job of continuing our carpet education. Mr. G's Flooring America was our 5th store to visit, and the information that Tim gave us was in line with the other stores. He took his time with us to make sure that we had seen all of the carpet samples that met our criteria, and he was very easy to work with.  We ended up purchasing a Super Soft Nylon Carpet with 20 year warranties across the board, and the prices were less than the lower quality, lesser warrantied products from other stores.  Once we made our selection and and agreed to a price, they set up an installation date.  One thing that I really liked was that the price quoted was for everything (carpet, pad, installation, removal/disposal of old carpet and stair installation).  The installation was fantastic.   The installers were very friendly and professional.  I asked them to begin with the removal on the stairs so that I could tighten up some of the boards.  They said "yes" and went straight to work.  I am extremely happy with all aspects of this experience; from the sales staff to the installation to the carpet that my entire family loves.

They were fast and professional.  Did an amazing job.  Would refer them any time.

They were fabulous. They did a beautiful job. They actually came to the house and helped up pick out the carpet and the pads. He made color suggestions and he was able to get to us quickly. They were able to do a Saturday installation and since everybody here works, that was great. The guys moved all the furniture. They were in and out of here in 7 hours. I would highly recommend them. They are a small company but now a days, I think small is better. They were very responsive. I've even recommended them to other people.

Ken and his team removed the furniture from the rooms, including a slate pool table. They removed the old carpet and pad and hauled it away. They laid new pad and carpet in two rooms. They completed the work in one day. We were very happy with their service and product.

They were friendly and worked hard. They were on time, polite and professional. Anything I wasn't happy with, they fixed.

Showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, prices were competitive. Very pleased with this company.

I have only gratitude for Rob and his workers a Mr. G's Flooring in Fort Worth.  Prior to visiting his store, I had stopped at a couple of other carpet stores only to be told that they could not accommodate me on such a small job.  Rob had a can do attitude and made it happen.  He made me feel as though my needs were just as important as someone ordering complete flooring for their home.  Since Rob and Mr. G's helped me on a small job, I will use them for my home flooring needs.

The service was excellent! When I met John, I told him that this was a surprise for the bedroom of my 88 year old mother's home. After explaining to him that she did not have a wheelchair or walker, and the carpet would not have much traffic, he helped me pick out a beautiful carpet that fit in my budget. I also stressed that I wanted a very good quality pad. He needed to measure the carpet, and the only time I could be sure she would not be there was that same morning. He arranged to meet me at her house in an hour, after I had taken my mother to see my niece. He was prompt, and worked quickly. He seemed enthusiastic to be part of this surprise, and even arranged to have it installed at 9:00 on the Saturday following Thanksgiving, which was exactly when I needed it. I was surprised that they would be available for us on the holiday weekend, but he was very accommodating. I paid half up front. When the work was done, he sent me an updated receipt with "Thank you!" attached. I would definitely use them again. Carpet looks great!

The service turn around was very quick.  Two days after I called someone came out to my house with samples and gave me an estimate.  Other places I tried couldn't meet with me for a couple of weeks or never returned my phone calls.  After the estimate, the service was scheduled for the following day.  The workers were very professional.  They cleaned after themselves. They did a wonderful job.  Will definitely use them again in the future.

Rob arrived at my parents' home at 10:00 am as he said he would to give me an estimate of cost and to show me samples from which I could choose.  I had explained we are selling the house and did not want to go with a very expensive carpet, nor did we want to go with a carpet that would not show well.  The samples he brought were exactly the quality of carpet I had in mind.  I had also said I would like to have the carpet installed the next day which he scheduled for 9:00 am.  The two installers arrived on schedule, got to work, and did an excellent job of laying the carpet.  They were also very willing to help me move an antique, very heavy solid oak roll top desk from the den to the front of the house.  They were careful not to damage either the desk or the walls as they moved it.  The new carpet looks great!  Rob and his crew are first class, and I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future if I need new flooring.

It turned out really well. I am very pleased with it. It was all positive. Their response to inquiries, the price structure, and follow up after install was all very professional. We have had work done two different times.

They are perfect. I will never use any body else. They have a good price and good quality. They have great service. They are on time. If there is a problem they take care of it. They are always more than fair. It is a good value.

I was out of town on vacation and handled the initial estimate over the phone after the salesman had visited my house to measure and compute an estimate. I then told the salesman the day I was returning home and wanted to have the installation done the next day at noon. We set up the installation time and the crew showed up promptly on time at noon. The did a very nice job of installing the carpet and trimming it properly. They moved the furniture and replaced it in the same positions. They did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards and removing all waste/debris and vacuumed the carpet before they left. Overall, I am very pleased with their services from start to finish.

They were able to come out right away and I thought they did a wonderful job. There was no hesitation and they worked fast. The price was good as well. They were also very professional and thorough.
