"Well, I had 2 different contractors come out and tell me I need new units because they were undersize and the duct work was the wrong size. My house is a year and a half old. Petrocelli Services came out and added return air ducts and individual thermostats. It’s was an 1/8 of the price and it worked. They knew what I had been quoted. If they had said the same thing as the other two contractors, I would have been ripped off for several thousand dollars. I’ll never call anyone else for my AC needs."

"I can not say enough positive about Chris and Chuck and O 2 KOOL!! Chuck came out in early January to look at my old Trane gas furnace .. he got it going with no trouble. Now today ... during our ice/snow armageddon it went out again. I called and Chris FaceTimed with me .. looked at what was up and talked me through how to relight the system myself. Good news .. I now have heat! I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating and cooling system! They not only helped, but assured me .. a 60 yr old woman .. everything would be OK and safe. That is a VERY rare quality!"

"Last Friday, my house got the Clean Heating & Cooling Air Ducts & Vents. I couldn't located this category from the list. It was easy to set up an appointment. There was a cancellation so the company rep called me to clean my duct earlier than my appointment date. Two workers came to my house. Before they started the job, Ã Â they inspected my vent for air and duct cleaning. Show me what the condition and problem is. The Workers were very friendly and showed me every step of what they are going to do. When a few of my vents are not cleanable so they bought a few vents from the Home Depot. And installed it for me. One special size wasn't available so I had to buy it from Amazon. If you decide to clean air and duct and inspect and buy a few vent before they come to clean. Do not buy every vents in your home but buy a few vents that look very filthy. Workers are working very hard. Since they are working without air conditioning, you need to turn off the air conditioning. Please prepare some cold water or some soda for them. Please be nice to them since they are working for your house.Ã Â"
