"Guy named mike from Easy appliance repair came out n checked my fridge! He said he needed $300 up front to order the board to fix it! I gave him $300 cash! He left before giving me a receipt! For weeks he kept saying the part was lost in shipping n they were looking into it! Then last week he tried to say he wasn't the one who came to my house n took my money! Its the same phone# all the messages between us the day he came n of him telling me the part was Iost. All messages are on my project page and saved on my phone! The guy new I'm disabled n had to save that money up! He left before he gave me a receipt because he had no intentions of ordering the part! He came to my house n took My money n then he never came back! Now im out $300 n i still have a tore up fridge in my kitchen!. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. Our ice maker and water in the door had quit working. He pulled the fridge out from the wall and said the back should not be warm to the touch…! He pulled a cover off from the PCB. There was a green light on the board, he said this meant ‘big trouble’… but couldn’t say what the trouble was. He would not even look at the ice/water issue, saying the fridge was on its last leg. We paid him $80 for NOTHING! Don’t waste your time and money on this imposter."
