I called at 11 a.m and was told they would get to me that afternoon or the next morning. They sent Chad that afternoon and he quickly installed a new p-trap and connected a condensation line from my attic air conditioner - something he hadn't seen in his 15 years of plumbing. The response and the workmanship was excellent.

Came out the same day and fixed the leak in the shower head. Had to order the parts for the 40+/- year old tub fixtures. It took about a week to get them in. He called as soon as they came in and came back out the same day. He gave me a discount on the labor since it required two trips, and cleaned everything up after he was done. Very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. I will definitely be using them again for any of my plumbing issues.

The young man that came out to my house arrived about an hour I got off the phone with the owner of this business. My waste water piping had 2 leaks the I knew of and he found 2 more after further inspection plus the slope of the drain pipes needing to be corrected. He gave me a verbal estimate for the job and then left for about an hour to get the parts needed to complete the job. Overall, for my job to be completed on a late afternoon during the weekend, I thought the price was fair and the overall work completed was outstanding. I will have them on my call list when needing plumbing work done in the future - heck he even removed the trash from the previously installed piping that was left under my home.?

Tried to fix but it didn't work. They will need to install a new faucet. Next week.

Within 3 hours of my phone call the pressure regulator coming from the main line was replaced. Includes time to diagnose the problem, dig down and refill hole on outside of house and double check for leaks inside and out. Super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely call again and recommend without hesitation.

Kevin called me the day I said I needed the job done and we scheduled the work for the next day. The faucet and pipes were old, delicate, and someone had glued the bolts down once upon a time, so it required someone who knew what they were doing. Kevin Keith's worker Chad did an excellent job, arrived on time, assessed the problem, offered a very reasonable estimate, picked up the faucet and had everything done and cleaned up within two hours time, which included going to get the faucet. The company is extremely professional, as well as polite. The price below included the price of the faucet (from Lowes).

Words cannot convey how happy I am with the service from Keith’s Plumbing. We discovered a water pipe leaking in our basement ceiling late Saturday night. I put a bucket under the leak full expecting that we would have to deal with this until Monday. I called Keith’s Plumbing on Sunday morning at 6am. They had a technician at our house within 10 minutes. The technician fixed the leak in an incredibly difficult location above the HVaC ductwork. Such amazing work! Also, the technician called me on Monday just to make sure everything was still okay and check on his work. Such amazing customer service, response time, quality work, at a reasonable price. Can’t recommend them enough. Very happy!

Micah from Keith’s House of Plumbing has worked on our house on two separate occasions. Both times, he was very polite and professional. During this latest service appointment, Micah installed new caps on our exposed sewer line access points. He performed the service without complaint in a torrential downpour. He is knowledgeable of his craft and has a very positive attitude. He also took time to evaluate our runoff drains around the exterior of the house, and helped us begin to think of a plan for how to repair those. He is honest and hardworking. For instance, he told us if we were going to have a landscaper come out to fix the lawn anyway, that the landscaper would likely be less expensive to fix the drains. He also showed me how to re-tighten some leaky cutoff valves around the house during his first repair, so that we didn’t need him to come back out and pay him for something so simple. We are very satisfied with his work and would hire him again.

Kevin was prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Was able to work us in for a small job in a busy schedule. Good work at a good price. Will definitely use again should we need any further plumbing work. Thanks!

Called Keith who was able to come out the same morning and inspect it. Arrived on time and was friendly and professional. I ended up needing a new water heater so we set up an install time for the following morning (due to my work schedule). I bought a new water heater at Lowes and Keith arrived promptly at the time we agreed on the following morning to install. He also replaced a leaking water inlet valve coming into the water heater at my request. He had the entire job professionally completed within an hour and was able to answer any questions I had. Even hauled off my old water heater and new water heater box so I didn't have to deal with that. Great experience all around.

Installed new toilet with no problems. Went to install seal on the other toilet and discovered crack in bowl. Thought the seal was leaking, but it was actually seepage inside the bowl. Had to purchase another toilet from Lowe's and the guys came back the next day to install. Great people, would definitely hire again.
