We hired Artica Construction as sub contractor to perform most all of major areas of work to build our home up through completion of shell of home. Continuing to use them for various other areas of home build such as insulation and drywall install. Artica Construction has been very accommodating and flexible to work with in all aspects. Workmanship is performed in an professional manner and expeditiously completed. This company works very well with individuals who want to be their own general contractor or they can provide full service as a general contractor and accomplish the complete build of a home on your lot if you wish."

"They did a wonderful job painting the entire interior of my home before I moved in. They kept me informed about their progress with photos. They also helped me out by letting a delivery person into the home for installation of appliances. They cleaned up after themselves and completed the job when promised after working me into the schedule."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

Such jobs require removal of old before installing new. We all should expect our home to be messy during such renovations but Brett spent extra time to vacuum and clean every speck of dust or dirt that may have been tracked in during working hours. Ive had many homes remodeled in 3 different states and Mr lamley is by and the best contractor I ve ever had. He has a great eye for design and was able to understand my wishes and gave me exactly what I wanted for my unusual mountain home. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. .
