"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. "Mr. Pugh had trouble reading the house numbers on the mailboxes, we had to talk him into the driveway… I knew this was not going to be a good visit. Our ice maker and water in the door had quit working. He pulled the fridge out from the wall and said the back should not be warm to the touch…! He pulled a cover off from the PCB. There was a green light on the board, he said this meant ‘big trouble’… but couldn’t say what the trouble was. He would not even look at the ice/water issue, saying the fridge was on its last leg. We paid him $80 for NOTHING! Don’t waste your time and money on this imposter."
