We proudly service the Greater Knoxville area.(Knox County and the all the counties that touch Knox) We have a live burn showroom featuring 20 burning units. We install fireplaces-- wood and gas prefab vented & vent-free fireplaces, wood stoves, stone veneer, custom mantels, (we assist in design on complete fireplace makeovers). We sell and install gas logs. We perform chimney services, from annual inspections and sweeps, to gas repairs on most logs and fireplaces. "The repair person called to say he was on his way and arrived promptly after the phone call. On his arrival, I explained the problem and also told him that another company had attempted to fix the gas logs but said the unit needed to be replaced. It is emtombed in brick. He thoroughly examined the gas logs and determined it was $41 part that needed to be replaced. His honest evaluation and repair was awesome! I cannot thank him enough. It is worth having a second opinion if the first recommendation involves thousands of dollars."
