About us

Archie's Stone and Fireplaces is locally owned and operated. We proudly service the Greater Knoxville area.(Knox County and the all the counties that touch Knox) We have a live burn showroom featuring 20 burning units. We install fireplaces-- wood and gas prefab vented & vent-free fireplaces, wood stoves, stone veneer, custom mantels, (we assist in design on complete fireplace makeovers). We sell and install gas logs. We perform chimney services, from annual inspections and sweeps, to gas repairs on most logs and fireplaces. We offer free estimates, and most major credit cards for easy payment. We proudly seek to honor God in all that we do.

The insulators came when they were scheduled. The two men were professional and did a great job with hardly any mess to clean up. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing there services.

They were quick to respond and set a date for a quite. Once we had the quote we were put on the calender for the same week. The crew were on time professional and courteous with where they ran the lines for the blown-in insulation as well as making sure the dog did not run out the door. Which we canâ t say about other contractors. When they were finished there was no sign Th ey were ever there. The clean-up was stellar. I would highly recommend this company. Caleb and the crew were absolutely a joy to work with.

They arrived during the time window they gave me, they blew in the insulation, took pictures for me, were very neat in the house, cleaned up after the job, and best of all, we feel a big difference in the house! I look for my electric bill to go down! Highly recommend this company for your attic insulation needs.

They came when they said and the quote was great. On installation day they came when they said, did the job quickly and quietly. Their guys were very professional. The company was not at all what I expected. The job was done less than acceptable, to give them 1 Star is overrated, but no star was not available. The quality was substandard, gaps between insulation, panels of insulation torn into two pieces horizontally and used, it looked like they used older material, more than one kind. I had others look at it and both parties agreed that this job was sloppy to say the least. Would not recommend this company at all.

Response was very good to my request. They showed up quickly and gave me an estimate for my blown in insulation. Communication could have been better as I didn't know when they would show up other than Monday. Clean up was OK.
