"The whole process was done very well. was very professional. they provide us a lot of information, they were really great and went outside of what they normally do. The fireplace is just gorgeous"

"I had a tankless water heater installed but needed the gas line to be dug from the other side of the house for it to be connected. The job was complicated but Luke and his crew from Mr. Rooter did a great job! I would totally hire them again for any plumbing needs."

"We needed to run an additional gas line out from our meter to use our new gas stove/oven. After getting "ghosted" by independent contractors on multiple jobs, working with Tennessee Standard was a breath of fresh air. Transparent in both the scope of the work and the costs, we went from quote to work completion is about a week. Will definitely be going to them for any future plumbing work!"

"Jim was very thorough. He came when he said he would which was quickly and on Sunday. He did extra things that would improve my issue. I would highly recommend Jim for your plumbing needs."

"Excellent work, showed up as promised, on time. I would highly recommend Dan R. they replaced a gas tankless water heater. Installed and leak checked, cleaned up made us all happy to get a hot shower again. Price was reasonable, below other quotes. Very happy with the entire job."

"Jonathan relocated my pressure reducing valve and provided a main shutoff replacement to make it easier for me to access! Thank you again for thorough and clean work!"
